The Isis guest house is very convenient for exploring Oxford. It is ordinary a student accomodation for St. Edmund Hall. As dormitory housing goes, this was nicer than I had in my U.S. college days. It was one of the best accommodation deals we had in our stay in England. There was ample parking. The breakfast was decent. The beds...

Oxford is not cheap! and although I would not normally pay so much for a B&B, I am pleased I chose this one. Part of St Edmunds College during most of the year, it has everything you need. Clean, good beds, adequate on-suite. The breakfast is very good and well cooked. The room had plenty of tea and coffee (a...

Our room was a double which was spotless. Ours had a small but adequate ensuite. Tea and coffee facilities in room were very good. Exellent location very close to Town Centre. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Staff were very helpful. Hotel lot better than we expected and I would definately recommend it.

With a 10minute walk to the centre of oxford this b&b is in an excellent location. The rooms are spotless and you even get a free gift set of shampoo, body wash, soap and shower cap in a st Edmunds college branded bag which is an excellent touch. Good tea and coffee tray in rooms. Out room had brand new carpet...

As pointed out in other reviews, this is St Edmunds College (part of Oxford University) students' accommodation converted into a B&B over the summer. I stayed both in an en suite room and one without en suite facilities. There are only a limited number of rooms on each floor, so sharing a bathroom/toilet wasn't an issue for me, but if...

I stayed at ISIS for four nights and overall, it was even better than I expected - the room was clean, the breakfast - traditional English breakfast - well served and tasty. WiFi access is free and available in all rooms. Location is convenient, rather close to the center, quiet place, bus stop just nearby. Highly recommended.

Stayed here because of a friends wedding which was nearby and it was a relatively good price. The room was clean and tidy and a decent size. The bed however was really hard and I prefer a softer bed to sleep well. Breakfast is included in the price and was good enough tho a little small ( I had a...

Oxford is hugely expensive to stay, so at £45 for a single this was a bargain, and it included a top class full English breakfast. First come, first served free parking, spotless room with toiletries and very quiet. Town centre is about 10 minutes walk, late night shop two mins across from the nearby pub. Accom only open July-September. Just...

We booked ahead and were pleased with everything from the map to get us there to the accommodation itself! Our room over-looked the rear and was on the first floor (no lift, just stairs). It was clean and exactly what we expected for the money ( a big double bed, a wardrobe, chests of drawers, tea & coffee making kit...

I originally chose this guest house as it was one of the cheapest in Oxford, however after 2 hours I soon realised why ! The first night I was treat to want sounded like a nightclub under my room for the staff quarters . I did complaint the night porter on duty and he sorted the problem promptly and was...
