Four of us (two couples) went for a meal on a Saturday evening & what a fabulous meal we had. The hotel is very traditional & had a very cozy old school feel about it bearing in mind of course how old the building itself is. The service & attention to detail was first class. We had drinks at the...

The hotel is at the beginning of the Banbury Rd. Within walking distance of the City Center. It ha a lovely walled courtyard which I found ideal for a pre-lunch drink on a warm and sunny late Spring day. The dining room ambiance is perfect, the staff very attentive and the Menu offers both set meals and al la carte....

The Old Parsonage Hotel was the perfect place to stay in Oxford - it exudes history and the charm of the city. The amenities could not be better and I especially enjoyed the well-stocked library where I could comfortably sit and read quietly. There was a lovely garden that I could view from my window and the patio in front...

The parsonage hotel is certainly lovely. Like a quaint old inn. Lovely food and staff. My only criticism is the price. Although it was lovely for the prices charged one really feels it should be operating at a higher level. Ritz, Dorchester, Claridges, level. At the end of the day this is Oxford not Mayfair as such you might think...

My husband Kelly and I spent a couple of days in Oxford earlier this month and we totally enjoyed our stay at The Parsonage! The hotel was beautiful, the people were very friendly and welcoming-- and our afternoon tea in the hotel was lovely. The hotel is in an ideal location in Oxford. I highly recommend booking this hotel, enjoy!

Real class welcome. Good restaurant, room a bit small but cosy and luxurious bathroom. Quiet location, just 5 minutes more to walk to downtown compared to other luxury hotels. Just a few rooms that makes the hotel very intimate. The library is a charming well supplied and becomes your secret place when you want to get some quiet. It is...

Visited the hotel again for a 2 day stay-over in the city. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was pleased to see that the staff had reserved a parking spot (which is very limited) with my name over the spot (as promised). Experience was further enriched the moment I stepped through the door by the front-desk staff who acknowledged my...

We had a great stay at The Old Parsonage Hotel. Comfy room, great service in bar and restaurant, good food, and a beautiful and convenient setting. Our only regret was that we were only there one night!

Coming here is a humbling experience. It is a boutique style hotel; that means it is fairly well designed, with comfortable beds but cramped quarters. The noises carry, so we were disturbed out of our sleep early morning from other guests, making me a very tired person the next day. Breakfast is like pulling teeth. Wrong orders, missing items, poor...

Great boutique heritage hotel. The building is a delight but lots of small sets of stairs up, over, down, around to your room. Not sure if there are any accessible rooms - check before you book! Quiet. Great linen sheets, fresh each day. Quality minibar. Fantastic library with books you want to read, not tatty leftovers. Variety of room sizes...
