Very well located you can walk anywhere enjoyable and be back for breakfast. The restaurant Quod is good but make sure you make a reservation thru reception. The hotel has been recently redone with the usual trendy colors we find anywhere in the world nowadays: wine and taupe colors. Quite weird when you imagine you are in a very very...

Stayed here as a treat for 2 nights. Lovely double room on the high street facing the Radcliffe Camera. Great view. We didn't find it too noisy although it faced the high street. Everyone at this hotel was very efficient and helpful. Major bonus point with this hotel is the onsite car park and it's very central location, within easy...

Last minute overnight stop. Substantial discount made the room cost merely eye watering instead of astronomic. However, the (small) room had everything to be expected, even if we couldn't work out how to open the mini bar. Comfortable, clean. The hotel itself is superbly located, and the free parking a boon. The attached Quod bar and restaurant is reasonably cool....

I stayed here with my friend for three nights in a deluxe room. On arrival the reception was lovely very friendly and professional. Lots of information about the hotel and then about Oxford itself. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was overlooking the patio at the back so nice and quiet. It was very nicely decorated with lots of...

My third visit in 2-3 years to this lovely place . Booking very easy, I booked by email as I wanted to ask a few questions. Replies were quick and helpful . This hotel has never disappointed me . I visited with my son this time and we had a twin room at the back of the hotel which was...

Have waited a few weeks before writing this review. Had a great weekend stay here early in April but can't get over the fact that it was expensive. In my simple mind, it's one hundred pounds for a room, two hundred pounds for a nice room and three hundred pounds for a luxury room. So if I'm paying almost four...

A return visit to Oxford and nowhere else I would choose to stay. It was just as great as I remembered it. First, the location is the best, directly on High Street in the center of Oxford and an easy walk to practically anything. Add to that professional and helpful service, and the most comfortable beds and room amenities, a...

The location is perfect, right in the heart of Oxford, and our front facing bedroom had a view of the Radcliffe Camera. The bedroom was spacious, light and airy, if a little bland but bland is preferable to the dark gloom that Malmaison seems so keen on. The lack of in-room tea and coffee making facilities is bizarre. I have...

Plenty of character for this stylish hotel in an old building. A few minutes away from the botanical garden. Rooms are nicely refurbished and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend the ones on the courtyard, the ones on the street are a but noisy despite the double glazing. Staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. There's even guided tour organized daily...

The hotel is in an excellent location. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable with an excellent ensuite shower room. The only criticism is that we could not make a hot drink in our room. This was a bit of a surprise. We stayed for two nights and ate dinner each evening in...
