I stayed here as a solo traveler for two nights August 2016. It was easy to find walking from the station (approx 15 minutes). Rooms are very clean, modern and the bathroom immaculate. Every member of staff I met was friendly and accommodating. I chose not to have breakfast from the hotel as I thought it was ridiculously over- priced....

Hotel has great character and charm. Rooms are beautiful and immaculately clean, staff were all so friendly and polite. I had the best eggs Benedict I'd ever tasted for breakfast served in a stunning room with magnificent architecture. My only complaint was with room service. Firstly ordered fish and chips but the chips weren't hand cut chunky but disappointing thin...

Stayed for 2 nights mid-January - got a very good price online for winter ever deal. Some works are still going on on the main stairs and corridors after the fire last year - no noise or disruption for our stay, but not the nicest views at 5star hotel. Executive room we stayed at was very good size, reasonable views...

I arrived Sunday afternoon to late for lunch due to a cancelled train which had made the journey 2 hour's longer. I asked the concierge to show me to my room and we set off on a gentle trot. We passed the scaffolding on the main stairs, went up and down a host of stairs where the corridors got narrower...

Excellent hotel. Double room cost £220 inc. VAT. Worth it though. Kind of room you were reluctant to leave!? Nice decor and usual facilities. Reception staff efficient and pleasant. Arrived hour before check in time but room was ready. Hotel is in centre of Oxford close to main sights - literally a few minutes walk. Be aware that Oxford was...

Stayed for business. Hotel is nice and centrally located. Bedroom had v high ceilings and a large comfy bed. Nice Molton Brown toiletries. The breakfast had a good selection and the service was good. Hotel bar was small and cosy with an open fire. Only complaint was that the heating in my room didn't work so my room was freezing...

Thank you for posting a review and I was pleased you enjoyed your time with us. I was sorry that the heating function was not working correctly in your bedroom and this had not been picked up prior to your check in. The system is normally very reliable. Our turn down service is popular with floor mats provided next to...

We booked this hotel primarily because of it's proximity to the New Theatre. The parking, though expensive worked incredibly well. We pulled up on the loading zone outside the main entrance and immediately the Concierge staff took our luggage, and transferred the car into the car park. Check in was friendly and efficient and our room was immaculate and well...

My wife and I had another splendid stay at The Randolph a few days ago. Where better to spend a significant birthday? Once again I found breakfast to be considerably better than the one Giles Coren had described in alarming detail just three months ago. My tomato was nicely cooked and the same was the case with my sausage and...
