The location is quite good but the whole place needs updating. The furniture is shabby, old fashioned and impractical. The room at the front of the house was noisy with traffic going past until after midnight plus street lights shining through the curtains meant that I didn't get a good night's sleep over the weekend we stayed. We saw the...

The good side is that this B&B is very well served by public transport (bus) to both Oxford Parkway station and city centre. The staff is very kind. However, the bad side is that although it's a 4 star (with adequate pricing) the room was in bad condition, both in regards to the furniture and the bathroom. The sink tabs...

One of the best B&Bs I've stayed at. My parents and I spent 5 nights here, and we didn't want to leave. The service was wonderful and the place was very well kept. Our room was cleaned every day. Having on en suite bathroom was great, and we had plenty of space to store our belongings. Breakfast in the morning...

The service is incredibly kind. The stay was wonderful. They have a wonderful breakfast and it is such a charming and cozy place to stay- A home-away-from-home! There is parking right in front and it is close to the centre of Oxford. Would definitely stay again!

Great English b & b. Room was large, each had a ensuite. We had three adults in the room and there was plenty of space. Breakfast was good, full English, and other options. Beds were very comfortable, and the room was cleaned well. Parking on site, and a bus stop just a few doors down. Would stay again if passing...

We were delighted to return to this B & B when visiting Oxford last week. After receiving a warm welcome, we were shown to our tastefully decorated and very clean room. This B & B has a peaceful atmosphere, all that was needed was provided and we thoroughly enjoyed a full delicious English Breakfast before leaving in the morning. Our...

Let's start with a few positives. This property is well located being only a 10 minute bus journey into the centre of Oxford. We received a warm and friendly welcome from the Day Manager Peter and breakfast the following morning was varied and of high quality. However I have struggled to find enough positives to give this property even a...

Pros.. off road parking. On welcome we were given fresh milk to have a cup of tea. Cons ... creaky bed, no information in room so saw no Wi-Fi code, tv reception rubbish so probably needed a code to get stations. When we looked for staff to help, no-one around. One set of shower gel/shampoo for 2 people. Breakfast service...

We lived on the first floor. The room is big enough but interior decoration is a bit old. If you want trying English style room, you will be satisfied. The breakfast is good but no restaurant nearby. Also far away from city centre. 2-3 stars maximum.

Clean rooms with a good english breakfast but the decor is very severties and it needs a makeover.Friendly hosts and good guest service. My bed was uncomfortable which didnt give a great nights sleep. Limited parking was very welcome and a good location for bus travel to the centre of oxford. I wondered about the 4 star rating. Think i...
