The hotel was easy to get to and only 15 mins walk to the centre of Oxford. The room we had was very comfortable and in good condition. The hotel restaurant provided good breakfasts but the evening meal left a bit to be desired

I booked a 2 night break for my daughter and I through Secret Escapes, our deal included a 3 course meal, bottle of wine and bed and breakfast. I contacted the hotel prior to our arrival to request a twin room and book a table for our meal, I also requested information for some treatments. All the communication was brilliant...

This hotel was chosen by one of our friends ,as we were trying to plan a meet up with friends and as always one of us finds the hotel and the others generally just say yes. This is a spa hotel ,although I didn't get to use it so cannot comment. On arrival the hotel and grounds looked very nice...

We stayed at the hotel for the weekend arriving on a Friday around 17.30. After check-in, we went to our room to find there was no bed for our son. We called reception, the arrived around 2 hours latter. We had booked a table in the restaurant for 21:00, so stopped at the bar to give out son some food...

Thank you for taking the time to post your review of the hotel. Whilst I was pleased to read your comments about the restaurant I am sorry we did not have the right atmosphere for your second evening with us. We do from time to time have larger events in the hotel due to our proximity to the city and...

had a brilliant long weekend in Oxford and stayed at the lovely Four Spires Hotel. Our room was a standard one and it was fine, lovely bed with the usual room bits and pieces. Lovely toiletries which were replenished each day. The food in the restaurant was excellent, well presented and good value. It was busy but staff very polite...

Thank you for posting your review - I am so pleased you enjoyed your visit to Oxford - we are so lucky to be in such a great location onlly a short walk along the Thames to Christchurch yet next to horses playing in the fields. I do hope we can welcome you back in the not too distant future....

I had a one night stay in the hotel booked through late rooms, on arrival everything seemed fine once we checked in we went to our room to find it looked nothing like any of the pictures on the website and and felt a little disappointed, on looking out of the window we discovered a field with lots of horses...

Thank you for posting your review following your stay at the hotel I am very sorry that you clearly did not enjoy your stay and also concerned you did not speak to the duty manager whilst here so we could have noted your issues and dealt with them. We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and were very happy with our choice. We picked the hotel as it was a 10 minute walk along the river into Oxford. The hotel is modern and very clean and tidy. We booked a superior room which was very comfortable despite the rather upright armchairs. Our only real complaint about the...

We stayed here for a long weekend at the start of August. We chose based on price and location, a combination of which can be challenging in Oxford! The location was pretty good. A nice walk into town along the riverbank - far nicer than the road and not much further. It takes a little while though. You might allow...

Thank you for posting your review following your stay with us. I stay at this hotel when coming to Oxford, I used to use the premier inn but prefer this as its nearer the centre and it's a standard above the premier inn. It's about a 15 min walk to the centre but you can use the river path to make an interesting route in. It's a value price for the...

The hotel itself is pretty basic. Room was spacious, clean, rather spartan. Breakfast buffet was in line with simple english breakfast - beans, toast, bangers, etc. What made the stay is hotel's grounds - beautiful small pasture with ponies up front, river Thames in the back. Gorgeous walking path along the river is right behind this hotel and it will...
