For a budget hotel, the room was generally fine. It was reasonably clean, bathroom fine (although a shower stall rather than shower over bath would be better). If you were on one side of the double bed, then it is a tight squeeze to get past the desk to the bed in this room (Room 105). The only issue, and...

This hotel offers basic accommodation and amenities, no frills. Their wifi is good and their staff is extremely helpful. What I did find inconvenient is that the hotel does not have an elevator and as such it is very difficult to carry your luggage up the steep flight of stairs to the 3rd floor- the staff where however kind enough...

Looked for my room for over 5min after asking for a high floor. Ended finding a room with a broken window and an electric shower in the bathroom. Was given a first floor room which was barely better. Some minor cosmetic refurbishment was done but clearly done at low cost. Beware no air conditioning at all in the rooms. Noisy...

Nothing special – just to stay for night and take a breakfast – if you expect this so you will be satisfied. My evaluation is average. However if you need invoice so provide all your info prior receptionist will print it out due to reprint isn’t possible (I have received invoice with DE address and my company claimed it).

£80 per night so cheap for reading but a budget hotel. Room was fine to be fair and bed comfy. Bar area is not great and I wouldn't want to sit there. It was very noisy with outside traffic and people late into the night.... you couldn't hear the TC at times with the window open!! Monday night quieter than...

I booked hotel and had free cancellation. I cancelled last night of 4 night stay and was over charged for the room for the nights I stayed. Otherwise it was OK. The room was clean and comfortable. There was breakfast included and there is free wifi

OK so the the easiest place to find if you don't know Reading however, beautiful inside and just off the high street. Little carpark at the back which is free. Room was immaculate as was the bathroom. Plenty of hot water via a good shower. Bed are so comfy like the pillows. Almost finished with their refurbishment and its looking...

My first impressions of the Quality Hotel weren't great, as it was not easy to find the room, having to go through so many stairs and corridors, and signs were not always easy to spot. There is no elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage, better check with reception that you get a room close to the reception/breakfast...

I've given this hotel five stars because my friend and I stayed there recently, the reviews were very mixed, we were looking for something that wasn't too expensive and within our budget, honestly we weren't expecting too much, however when we got there our room was really lovely, the beds were clean with lovely white bedding, the bathroom was spacious...

Single room , very small and more or less in the eaves. Comfy bed and all coveniences in the room inluding en-suite bathroom and tea and coffee. Rather noisy at night with late night drinkers trooping past bedroom. Breakfast OK but not the finest quality especially the cooked offering. Reception staff were excellent but staff in the breakfast room seemed...
