Location is right in the heart of the town, rooms are very clean and spacious with iron, hair drier and iron board and tv, the breakfast was nice and plentiful, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. the breakfast dining room was turned into an indian restaurant at night and the 2 nights I was there it was full to...

Lovely decorated room but double bed seemed more like a large single. The staff were very happy and friendly towards us. I think the room was a little over priced for one night (£169) as I've stayed in other hotels with the same quality but cheaper. Breakfast was nice but the hot food was packed away before we 10am. Hotel...

Stayed here for one night, just as an easy option. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Our room was beautiful, a twin which actually had a single and a double bed. Clean crisp linen. The toiletries were lovely too. View wasn't that great but we hadn't gone for that. Yes, it was warm but it was a hot humid evening. The fan...

I didn't choose this hotel. Thankfully only had to stay for 1 night. The room was unbearably hot and this wasn't helped by a bathroom radiator that was too hot to touch and couldn't be turned off. Even with the windows open it was impossible to get cool air. there was a fan in the room which kind of says...

Room was OK, parking turned out to be OK after we had to move our car, room was waaaay too hot and air con broken. Reception brought up a fan missing a pin on the plug so we couldn't use it but then they replaced it. Night sleep was OK, in the morning sent down for breakfast which was honestly...

Very happy with the hotel, room and breakfast for the money I paid. Staff were friendly and profesional and buffet breakfast was good. Luckily I got one of the free parking spaces at the rear of the Hotel. I had room 115 which was single occupancy, and was a peaceful nights sleep. Pillow was a little hard though.

I have just stayed at the Quality Hotel Reading (2oth June) and have had a very bad room that had a bathroom with cracked tiles, long term urinal staining and actual dirt under rim. receptionist assured me it had been cleaned even when I showed her the tissue from where I had wiped it around the urinal rim. It seemed...

I stayed here for one night as it was nearest to the office I had to visit. I must say I approached with trepidation after reading the reviews but I think I must have stayed in a different Quality Hotel to the one described in the reviews. The reception was clean and bright and the receptionist very friendly and helpful....

Couldnt park my car until after 18:00 hours because there only car park was an ncp car park which was extortionate. The main lobby was just done out to a reasonable quality but as you go upstairs the walls had been painted but the carpet was heavily stained. When I got to my room the temperature was unbearable.
