Our (disabled) room was spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. The staff were so friendly, helpful and lovely. Breakfast was ok - a bit feeble for veggies but apart from that very happy with this place and will definitely stay again.

Rooms were clean and modern, everything looked fresh, breakfast was very good. Service was friendly and helpful. Can't think of any negatives, maybe the dinner options were a little bit limited but that's really scraping the bottom of the barrel to be honest. Excellent location if you wanted to see the football as it's in the same ground.

Sheffield is not known as a tourist city but it is worth a look if you happen to be in the area on the southern edge of the very beautiful county of Yorkshire. If you are looking for a rather superior Premier Inn plus league budget hotel then the Copthorne is for you. I know these things matter to some people...

The bedding was dirty and there were a few hairs in the bed which was unsettling, as one would expect clean sheets particularly when paying £130 a night. The room was on the 6th floor was very spacious, The breakfast left a lot to be desired and the bar drinks were average, slightly overpriced at nearly £9 a glass of...

I recently stayed at The Copthorne whilst in Sheffield on business. The decor is lovely, the bed was comfortable, however the toilets had no toilet paper which was did cause undue embarrassment I must say!. The Cocktails were lovely and the food was of an acceptable taste. The wine tasted really cheap. I'm not a fan of cheap Rose I...

Stayed at The Copthorne for business. Check in was very efficient and the room was lovely. A special mention for the team running the bar in the evening who assisted with local information and also made us feel welcomed and ensured that our stay was memorable. Thanks to the team - Adele, Hannah, Paige and Blake you are awesome

Stayed for 2 nights, the staff were very helpful, it had a good stocked bar and a comfortable area to relax around it. The Breakfast's were brilliant, you had a choice of everything you could want, it was fresh and well presented. If in the area will certainly stay there again.

We stayed here for business not realising there was a football match on that night . It was extremely busy in the bar area . The rooms are nice , beds not that comfortable and we stayed in the 5th floor and at 4.15am the refuse cart turned up to clean up obviously after the game and we heard everything...

I really rather liked this hotel. it is a short distance out of Sheffield city centre, but it isn't a challenging walk into the city if you wanted to take a stroll. The hotel itself is located next to Sheffield United football ground but isn't in a area with much to do by way of shops, pubs and alike. There...
