We took advantage of a groupon offer for the room which was lovely, lots of thoughtful touches like fluffy robes and slippers, nice toiletries and cotton ball etc. The bed was turned down whilst we had dinner. beautiful view . Breakfast was plentiful and they did my favourite eggs benedict which was delicious, husbands full english was excellent too..We felt very welcome...

Just back from an overnight stay here. Beautiful hotel that looks like something out if Jane Austen. Inside, it is all mod cons with fantastic large shower, comfy beds and perfect wifi. It was dark when we arrived but on drawing back the curtains in the morning, the view made us go "wow!" Helpful and welcoming staff, large car park...

This hotel really lived up to what everyone was saying about it. The room was warm and very comfortable and the bathroom was great. I have a wet room at home and was surprised to find one in the hotel twice the size of mine. The towels were huge, fluffy and warm and the toiletries were lovely although there wasn't...

For us, this Hotel was just wonderful. The staff were welcoming, helpful and so professional. The en-suite bedrooms were immaculate, tasteful and very well equipped. Huge comfy beds, robes, slippers etc etc. We had dinner in the conservatory and it was fabulous. I would have given my soul to have tried the Taster Menu but it was a wee bit...

We were brought this afternoon tea as a gift and we weren't disappointed. Such a lovely place in lovely surroundings a must visit if your in the area. Service and food were excellent. Ludlow town is quaint and you must pay a visit to the Ludlow a Food Centre

I stayed for business and was upgraded to the suite. I must admit I was torn between 4 and 5 star as the room was amazing - bath in the room, comfy bed, great choice of drtinks etc. What held me back was the feeling when I used the restaurant that I wasn't very welcome - too formal for me....

Stayed for three nights b&b and had enjoyed a very relaxing stay. The hotel is in the countryside a short distance from Ludlow, very convenient both for the town and other attractive towns/countryside. We were well looked after and very comfortable in a large, well equipped room. Had one 'bar meal' in the restaurant, very good, and good breakfasts. Great...

I stayed at this hotel with my wife for 2 nights and found the hotel excellent. We had booked into a superior room on the first floor and found the accommodation to be really good. The bed was huge, well over 6 foot wide, but there was still plenty of space in the room. The en-suite was also a generous...

Based on Tripadvisor reviews we booked two nights at this hotel as a short break for my birthday. It didn’t disappoint but neither did it live up to the expectations. Reception handled our check in seamlessly and the first floor room at the front was good and spacious without any significant noise from the car park or adjacent road. There’s...

We visited for afternoon tea this weekend and it was very nice. The quality of the sandwiches and cakes were good and the service was very attentive. It would be nice if afternoon tea was served in the conservatory section so as to take in the views more but were we sat in the main restaurant was still nice. Easy...
