We made a last minute booking (not unusual for us) but asked for GF/DF food and it was provided. As we had the last room available, there were stairs but the staff carried our baggage up to the room and back down to check-out and to the car. They saw to our every need, which was especially nice as I...

We went for a relaxing short break and found ourselves in a wonderful, beautifully converted Georgian house with much of the period features intact, including some amazing ceilings. There are two sitting rooms, one with an honesty bar, so it felt very much like a home from home. Our room - at the top of the house and looking out...

The decor and furnishings were first rate with lots of contemporary twists. Our bedroom was large and equipped with every comfort. Molton Brown toiletries, special in house shortbreads, bottle of pro secco...the list is endless. The honesty bar catered for every taste and the breakfasts were delicious . As a town house the views were cityscape but it was still...

A short break in a small hotel in a beautiful small historic city, less than 100 yards from the River Severn. Our room was an excellent design, very comfortable and relaxing. A very quiet location, yet yards away from shops, pubs and restaurants. Staff so friendly, the full Shropshire breakfast was marvellous, and in a lovely breakfast room overlooking the...

We spent one night here. bed and breakfast. We ate at their sister business, The Loopy Shrew where we were given a 10% discount. This follows a similar pattern to the hotel in its style and is very good. The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable. The en suite facilites were exceptionally good. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming...

We were given a lovely large octagonal room overlooking the garden. it was nicely appointed and furnished in shabby-chic style with a large kingsize bed and a good bathroom. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We would recommend this bnb to...

Excellent place, a beautiful room though rather on the small side but with everything you would need. The staff are so friendly and cannot do enough for you. Room was lovely - despite not getting what we booked. We booked a superior room with prosecco on arrival (a special offer through another site) but arrived to a standard double (smallish room) with no prosecco and an inflated invoice. Thankfully had copy of confirmation and the rate we booked was honoured and the prosecco followed later on - sadly...
