Upper Eyton Farmhouse B&B is an imposing 17th century grade 2 listed building. The top floor has been completely refurbished to create 4 high quality ensuite rooms with modern facilities whilst retaining the character of the building.
This traditional B&B is in a quiet but convenient location, with good parking. The owners could not have been more helpful when I had a car problem due to bad weather ( it is very local to Loton Park hill-climb where I was competing)). An amazing breakfast was provided to suit various guest's schedules. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped . What a brilliant thing is a well run B&B! The good rating is richly deserved and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Very lovely place to stay, host was very attentive , the rooms were of a high standard and very clean . A lovely breakfast as well and will definitely be staying here again. Location was very quiet and the only noise you hear is wildlife which was idyllic.

Quiet location just a short drive from Shrewsbury. The family room on the top floor was nicely decorated and the bathroom had toiletries and a good shower. The breakfast was very good and Dawn was happy to look after us with Gluten-free toast and sausages. This is a very pleasant little B&B and Dawn was a perfect host. Hopefully we'll be back!

No hot water in the room is probably the worst part of staying here. None at all on the night we arrived (host went out for the evening so unable to tell them.) Next morning 7.30 am still had only stone cold water so unable to shower or wash so not impressed. Informed the owner in the morning whose response was “ Others said the same but I managed a shower myself.” 4 other guests at breakfast also complained at having to wash in stone cold water. Running hot water is an absolute necessity of any hotel or guest house but the owners here do not seem even slightly bothered that it was not available to six paying guests. No toiletries either although they are advertised so no soap, shampoo etc. Again brought to attention of owner who said they are not included. Only hand wash gel. Despite being advertised as included. The view is advertised as “mountains” but the actual view is of a building site and a concrete yard at the rear where numerous dilapidated buildings are being renovated from the ground up. Bathroom is extremely small and cramped and the sink has a glass shelf immediately above it making the sink impossible to use for washing or brushing teeth. The rooms in use at the time are were all on the very top floor up two flights of awkward stairs so completely unsuitable for elderly people or those with walking difficulties. The place is generally very tired looking. On the upside the bed was very comfortable and the rooms were very quiet after the building work and cement mixer eventually stopped at around 5.30pm and through the night was peaceful. The full English breakfast was an average reasonable plate of nicely cooked food and served hot with a pot of coffee or tea with a nice mixture of toasted bread. A limited selection of cereals was also available and a selection of other cooked breakfast options including vegetarian. The orange juice was however low quality and very weak tasting. An honest review.

This was an impromptu night away in Shropshire so we decided to stay at Upper Eyton Farmhouse B&B and we were not disappointed. The entire property is spotless and the room was bright and very cosy. We had a great view as well and watched the sunset.
The breakfast is spectacular and couldn't fault it.
Highly recommended.

We booked Upper Eyton Farm B&B as an overnight stay for a wedding we attended. We wish we could've stayed longer.
We as a family of 5 stayed in the Wonky Room and it was great. The Beds were super comfy and i loved the views over the fields.
The breakfast was beautiful too.
The B&B was classy and traditional in style with a modern twist and the owners were very polite and helpful.
We would Highly recommend the B&B and would definitely stay again if we were to visit the area again.
Thank you 🙈

Beautiful location, great service and tasty breakfast. We checked in one for night and arrived at the beautifully located bnb. The grounds and the accommodation are pleasant and well maintained. It was lovely sitting outside enjoying the sunshine and my children enjoyed playing on the tennis court. The breakfast was served to us outside in the sunshine which was a pleasant surprise. We had a tasty and filling breakfast before departing. Thankyou

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, beautiful location, friendly hosts. We stayed in the family / wonky room which looked out onto the front garden. Good hearty breakfast, comfy bed, tea and coffee in the room, hot, powerful shower. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for one night had a very enjoyable stay. Room is small but adequate with good shower. Hosts were very nice and friendly And the full English breakfast was excellent. Farmhouse is in nice quiet area and well worth a visit. Only downside the blue light coming from the Wi-Fi Booster of a night. had to throw a towel over it to cover it up. Nice local pub 2 mile down the road which does food have a lunchtime and evening booking advised. Would definitely stop there again

We had a lovely time staying here. A great welcome and made to feel at home instantly. The room was lovely very very clean and had tea coffee milk and toiletries. A lot of thought has gone into making this b&b as comfortable as possible. The breakfast was delicious. Thank you for a lovely relaxing stay.
