My partner and I stayed for 1 night in the City View Room with private bathroom. We received a very warm welcome and were shown to our cosy room at the top of this beautiful georgian town house. The view from the window is awesome and the massive bed was very comfortable. Sharon and Sean were very friendly and hospitable.... More

We stayed for four nights in the room on the first floor. The room, like the rest of the house, was neat, clean and nicely decorated. The bed was ridiculously large and super-comfortable. The private bathroom was located half a floor down and equipped with a luxurious bath tub and shower. Breakfast was served each morning at a time of... More

When we arrived at the house we felt in love with it. The place is very comfy and clean and the breakfast after a hot in the morning was amazing! We were served hot pastries, coffee and fruit (milk, cereals and toasted were served as well). Sharon is such a lovely person (her staff as well!), we felt very welcomed... More

A beautiful home stay B & B this may not be realized until the large front door is opened with a very friendly welcome, parts of the street are a bit shabby! Difficulty finding this location because of the one way systems in Bath City centre. However, Sharon was a star and especially when she carried the luggage up what... More

We stayed for a long weekend and it was our first visit to Bath. The house was beautiful and Sharon and Sean were very friendly and helpful. We were in the twin room, which had very comfy beds and while the room wasn't huge it had everything we needed, was spotlessly clean and the ensuite was fab. There was also... More

My partner and I visited Bath the weekend of the Half Marathon, as he was entered in the elite race - this year it was particularly cold with temperatures struggling to rise above freezing. We checked in on Saturday afternoon and the room was pleasant, albeit far too cluttered, but nice enough. The bathroom was also fine. The owners informed... More

Very nice stay in the City view room. The house was amazing and we were made very welcome by Sean and Sharon. Great location and enjoyed the walk into town. Sean and Sharon were very helpful in pointing out free parking and recommending restaurants. Very special holiday for us! Thank you.

Comfortable yet snug attic rooms with stylish bathroom. Fantastically welcoming hosts Sean and Sharon, who make you feel comfortable in their home. It is in a backwater, but the 5 min stroll to the centre, means you'll see the quirky shops and less seen side of bath that you would miss from a city centre hotel. Free parking is a... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
We aim to offer our guests a true b&b experience by inviting you to stay with us in our family home. We are a friendly couple with three, mostly well behaved children, and two very friendly cats (please note if you suffer allergies). We only employ one member of staff so it will be us that takes your call, greets you at the door and serves you breakfast in the morning. We want you to enjoy your stay and will do all that we can to make that happen : providing local knowledge and advice and bringing you the things that you need to make your stay fun packed, comfortable, relaxing. Our home is on a quiet residential road that is only a few minutes walk from the centre of town and just around the corner from the famous Circus, Crescent and Assembly rooms. The house typifies Bath architecture, a five storey town house which we recently renovated with an aim to make it modern but with a sympathy to it's original style. There is also a lovely gastro pub at the end of the road that serves delicious food and local ales. Free on-road parking is located within a very short drive and only a five to ten minute walk. This is typically available at all but the busiest times. Otherwise, we recommend Charlotte Street Car Park or the Park and Ride. Check-in time is after 4pm. We can sometimes accommodate earlier check-ins so please call us if you require an earlier time. Unfortunately Monday - Friday we are unable to accommodate check-ins between 2.45 and 3.45 as we are collecting children from school. ... more   less
