Myself and my partner stayed for 2 nights at the beginning of April. When we first arrived I must admit I was apprehensive, the outside of the building doesn't look great and could probably do with some TLC. However we were NOT disappointed with our stay. The room was very clean and spacious, the beds are very squeaky though and...

Thanks for your comments, we are thinking of getting new signage for the exterior and your comments have just put that closer to the top of the list. So glad you enjoyed your stay. Kindest regards Louise

Had a lovely weekend staying here in April 2017. Plenty of information available from the owners both before our arrival and during our stay. Lovely room with all amenities. Lovely cooked breakfast in the mornings set us up for the day. Free car parking on the road outside. We walked into Bath and back, but for the .less energetic there...

Situated on the main road out of Bath just 25 minutes walk down the hill into the city centre. A beautiful find of a great b & b with a very welcoming host Chris. Avery nice tidy room with en suite bathroom with shower. Very nicely decorated with matching pillows and upholstery. Weathered furniture to give the room a real...

Lovely room, very clean and modern. Hosts very friendly and helpful. Lots of nice little touches to make stay memorable. Breakfast superb. Ideal locality for central Bath, short walk (slight incline) but very regular bus trip which takes 5 minutes. Will definitely be visiting again.

Stayed here as a family (including 2 teenagers) for my birthday weekend. The B&B was great and we'd had a call with Louise a few weeks earlier to get restaurant recommendations that allowed us to book some great food. Louise was very welcoming and Chris's Scrambled eggs and smoked salmon was to die for! Really appreciated the birthday card and...

Stayed here with two friends after a reunion night out in Bath. The room was set up especially for the three of us and was clean and very comfortable. Considering the price we paid I was surprised at the quality and comfort of the room; it really was lovely. Only two of us made it down for breakfast (totally self...

We had a warm welcome from our hosts. Our room (No 5) was on the ground floor at the front, but two layers of double glazing kept traffic noise to a minimum. The room was a good size with TV, hairdryer, a small wardrobe, a comfortable bed and a hospitality tray (you can get fresh milk from the fridge in...

Found Devonshire House by searching Goggle, it is a very clean, confortable B & B with very friendly hosts. Breakfast great, plenty of choice, and also good to have access to fresh milk in the rooms, and also mugs??!! Two pubs close by (walking distance) for evening meals if you don't want to travel into Bath, which is about a...

Maybe there is a quicker route to the town centre but it took us just over 30 minutes walk and we were not slow. We parked behind the building as we found it was quieter and not so busy on the main road and headed for the town. When we arrived back to the bed and breakfast we found our...

Many thanks for taking the time to leave some feedback for us, we did place you in that room as it faces the back of the house and you had asked not to be facing the road - however that room is no longer in use, we have now created a separate guest lounge so that guests have an area...
