This little guest house is a budget traveller's dream property. For our one night stay it was absolutely perfect - the room (with ensuite) was comfortable and clean, we had a full cooked breakfast and the property is located within a few minutes walk to the city centre, bus station and train station. Sergio is an efficient host and makes...

What a lovely B&B and a great find. Location does not get better than this. Very good value for money. Lovely breakfast which was plentiful and good quality. Sergio is a diamond who cannot do enough for you. Shared bathrooms were not a problem at all, hot water and very clean. Minor issue if light sleeper is the noise but...

Went to Bath with my Girlfriend, and on the day decided to stay there. We found this hotel and they gave us the last room at a discount price. The host was very helpful, but the room felt and smelt very musty and it got quite noisy during the night as the hotel is next to a club. However the...

This place has a great location in Bath, very easy to get to everything! Our room was bigger than we expected and had an en-suite bathroom which was nice and clean! Breakfast was quite boring but not terrible. The beds were not the most comfortable but they could be a lot worse. The best thing about this place was the...

Friendly person with easy checkin and checkout. Small cosy room with small bathroom a few steps down and very clean. However, it was quite noisy due to the wooden floor. Good breakfast Comfortable bed Best location - A stone's throw from the bus/railway stations, Roman Baths and other sights.

A very nice and spacious suite very well located near the station and in a few minutes walk to the main attractions. It is near a night club but didn't prevent me from sleeping .. I recommend ______________

I brought a group of 6 of us here last year for my sisters hen do. Right from the minute I booked it the owner couldn't be more helpful and kind. He's a real nice guy! So we got there (eventually, Bath traffic is terrible!), parked in the car park over the road, and marveled at getting somewhere so central...

The guesthouse looked lovely in the day when we arrived and were greeted by Daniel. He ran us through the details and handed over the key. We should have been suspicious when he said "you shouldn't be too disturbed by the students, because of the weather"...... hmmm, if only. Additionally, he told us that he wouldn't be there at night...

First of all, we were very impressed by how close this place was to the train station, especially since it was raining! We were greeted by a nice employee who showed us to our top floor room (up 56 stairs!). It was cozy and just what we wanted in an English guest house. The bathroom had obviously been recently remodelled...

I needed accommodation near to the railway station. Annabelle's fitted the criteria as it is located a short, straightforward walk from Bath Spa. Thank you to Daniel for his friendly welcome and efficient customer service. I stayed in room 2 which was warm, clean and comfortable with everything I needed for my 1 night stay. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful....
