Very pleasant hotel in a genteel area of Bath away from the Roman spa crowds. It's near Bartlett Street with its antique shops, the Royal Crescent and the Circus. I'd stay at this end of town every time. The entrance to the hotel - hallway and waiting room - could do with a bit of a makeover. Doesn't sell the...

We stayed here originally in June 2016 for one night. The room was lovely and staff great. We wanted to visit Bath for a couple of nights following our wedding and thought we'd stay here again due to the high levels of customer service. We revived a free room upgrade, bottle of fizz and card from the management for our...

The hotel staff are the hotel's best assets. The room was fine, a little rough around the edges and the bed was too soft. There should be a handgrip over the bath to help get out of the shower as the floor tiles were slippery. I paid in excess of £125.00 for the room which was not worth the money....

We stayed for one night and wish it had been 2or3. From the moment we arrived the young lady on reception helped us in with our luggage and arranged the valet parking which was well worth it. Check in was less than 2 minutes and our room was large and very comfortable with a lovely en-suite. Nothing is to much...

We stayed for a night earlier this month, and were disappointed, after reading reviews on trip advisor. The hotel looks tired and even though it has been recently renovated, it has not been well maintained. The room we had was dusty, when we moved a bedside table further away from the bed, a large amount of dust was released into...

The Queensberry is objectively a nice hotel – reasonably located (in town, but not in the centre) of a lovely city, it has many of the upsides of a good boutique hotel – friendly, helpful staff, modern decor, a good restaurant and bar. But sadly, for the price tag, there are just too many rough edges to justify a recommendation....

Good location, friendly staff. The rooms were spacious. The only downside was no air conditioning in the hotel. I visited bath in summers so it was really hot during the day .Apart from that i really recommend the hotel for couples.

I booked this hotel months ago for my husbands 30th birthday. I emailed them to let them know it was a special birthday. Upon arrival we had be upgraded to the best room ever!! Room 4. Along with complimentary chocolates in the room. Absolutely stunning room and bathroom. If you can stay In this room id recommend to do so!...

Within easy walking distance to the city centre. Friendly and helpful staff. Large well furnished bedrooms and bathrooms. We felt breakfast was expensive to choose to visit one of the many local cafe's.

Our friends were getting married on the Tuesday, so we arrived on Monday and were met by a very welcoming French lady - nothing was too much trouble for her including trying to find a corkscrew to serve us a glass of wine! She showed us to the rooms we had the twin no 17, and our friends had the...
