First impressions were great, the receptions staff welcome was lovely and warm. And being shown our room, number 7, was a nice touch and this room really was beautiful. Three big floor to ceiling sash windows, nice furnishings and a massive comfortable bed. Then the bathroom up 3 steps and first it seemed lovely and quirky, but on closer inspection...

Warm and efficient reception both booking in and out. Very pleasant staff and the breakfast was freshly cooked and of a very good standard. Room spacious - bed very comfortable and all quiet at night. It felt like you were in a 4.5 star hotel and if I am in Bath again will definitely stay here.

This is the single best hotel experience we have ever had in the UK! We did our best to remember the names of everyone that looked after us. It isn't your bog standard hotel, it starts with an extremely warm welcome, you soon come to realise that nothing is too much trouble for the staff, they genuinely to look after...

We had an amazing 3 night stay. Very comfortable, luxurious room. The staff were fantastic and nothing was to much trouble for them. The service could not be better. Dinner in the Olive Tree was absolutely superb and found the restaurant and bar over priced. Would definitely choose this hotel again!

My husband and I have just had a two night stay at the Queensberry - our first visit to Bath as tourists rather than on business. It's a delightful hotel, quite quirky in places, but in a super location and with an amazingly friendly team. The car 'disappeared' to be parked, luggage appeared in our room - which was spacious...

This hotel was a real find. The staff were fantastic (especially Stephano) and nothing was to much trouble for them, the food at breakfast was really lovely. We were lucky enough to stay in room 7 which is visually one of the most amazing rooms I have stayed in with its high ceiling, large size and huge bed and bathroom....

Unfortunately we felt the hotel was lacking in those extra touches that make a good really hotel. The room rate was very high & we felt not justified by the facilities or service. Our room was nice but had no tea or coffee facilities & no mini bar, no air-conditioning or fan & was stuffy & noisy. We had a...

Dear Wendy A I was disappointed to read your review and to find that The Queensberry did not meet your expectations. We are a 3 Red Star luxury boutique hotel in the city centre and we strive to provide a level of service and facilities which are far beyond the level expected from a hotel of our rating. Outstanding 1 night stay at the Queensberry and the location is just perfect. Although we had a roadside room on the top floor, we didn't find it at all noisy, even with the windows open. Valet parking, beautiful rooms, exceptionally attentive staff, superb breakfast, pretty garden terraces - what's not to love? Enjoyed the quirky layout & coffee in the...

We had an amazing 2 night stay. The classic double room was luxurious with fabulous decor. The staff couldn't have been more friendly & the location was perfect! We are already planning our next stay before Christmas.

We chose the Queensberry for our family trip to Bath as part of our visit to the UK from the States. Booked 2 rooms for two nights. Lovely rooms but be warned it is noisy to 2 to 3 am on Russell Street due to revelers returning from the pubs. Add to that loud motorbikes and occasional barking dog and...

Dear "Manish G" I have to confess to being somewhat confused by your review as I did not have the pleasure of meeting you during your stay of upon your departure. Having discussed your review with my team it soon became clear that you were checked out by the newest member of the reception team who was in the process...
