Polite staff, friendly service, one of the greatest locations for a hotel I've ever seen. This is a must go when in Bath, even if only for visiting, not for staying. But the hotel is also great. The rooms spacious, new bathrooms with all kinds of amenities. We had booked a suite for two adults and two kids, but for...

Stay here if you possibly can. The staff, the location, the bar, the food .... all just marvellous. It is THE hotel to stay in if you visit Bath. Make sure you visit the bar and try one of the super cocktails made by Orlando!

My suitcase handle was broken when a member of the concierge team transferred it to my suite. When I took this up with reception, the concierge angrily told me it was "fair wear and tear"! I explained it was less than a year old and the embarrassed lady on reception assured me she would look into it. I have now...

On arrival we were greeted by the valet and the entrance was very welcoming. The crescent is a beautiful area. The hotel is very well kept and the staff are excellent they could not do enough for you. The rooms are lovely and cleaned twice a day. The gardens and restaurant are very popular which is no surprise as the...

The Royal Crescent was built in the 18th century and itself is one of Bath's principal tourist attractions. Right in the middle is the entrance the the hotel. From the outside it looks like it must be small, but step through the public rooms and you'll see a garden covering an acre with the former mews building -- now with...

Thank you for taking the time to convey your views and we are delighted that you enjoyed your time here. It is a lovely surprise to people visiting for the first time to find that we have beautiful gardens between the Mansion part of the hotel and the Dower House. The surroundings, the food and the service are good. There are a few "extras which you pay for which surprised us. Examples are, the money for parking and the payment for using the swimming jacuzzi and steam room facilities. With a couple of teen age children this could mount up. The staff are very friendly. The position of the hotel...

I cannot praise the staff enough, all were very professional in a pleasant friendly way. The food was excellent and very well presented. I particularly liked the 'Granny's Garden' tea and the Bath buns, while my husband loved the warm savouries, it is difficult to single them out, as all was 'yummy '. Both the Hotel and Dower House are...

Having stayed at the Royal Crescent over many years we had grown tired of its fading elegance. But a revisit last week following its refurbishment revealed that the hotel is now back to its very best!! We loved the contemporary mixed with the classic, enjoyed the revamped restaurant and menu, and as always loved the spa. Breakfast outside was the...

Having lived in Bath 13 years ago for a short period we were always keen to visit and holiday there but didn't get an opportunity until this year. This hotel was certainly the best one for location, ambience, service and amenities of our recent trip. It is a boutique hotel with an amazing spa, indoor pool and well equipped gym....

A wonderful hotel with staff who have an excellent attention to detail. The royal crescent had a very comfortable feel and the rooms were equipped to a high standard. The food and wine were served with a smile and there were some great vintages. A wonderful stay
