Me and my partner had a lovely stay at brooks guesthouse. Our room was very clean and homely with everything we could have needed. It's in a great location with just a small walk from the centre of bath. Ideal!

This was a great hotel which was centrally located. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was lovely with a great variety on offer. The room was also clean and very warm. The staff had very good local knowledge.

Our visit didn't start very well because when we were shown our room, we only had one champagne flute for our offer bottle of Prosecco. We also only had one large towel. To be honest we weren't very impressed with the room. Maybe my expectations were too high, after looking on the website. However the bed was very comfortable, and...

Super friendly staff, warm and welcoming.Very nice breakfast with a chef who more thanfulfilled my special extra requests. Location is within walking distance to the city centre and main sights. One little down side, my single room was very, very small, and the mattress of the bed way too soft causing some back pains after some days... but all in...

Enjoyed staying here. Great room and breakfast. We are planning on staying again when we next go to Bath. The homemade cookies in the room was a nice touch! We can't wait to go back and stay here!!!!! The only disappointment is the bad view onto other buildings!

Very Frienly welcome and good clean rooms. Cooked breakfast was great added bonus. I don't generally do reviews but I would happy recommending this guest house if you need a place to stay for the night in Bath.

We have stayed here 4 times now and always get a warm welcome. The rooms are nicely appointed, though it's location means if you are at the front of the house you will have traffic noise if you have the window open. But it's location is spot on so a small hindrance to dear to have the window shut. Breakfast...

We spent four nights at this guesthouse. Our room was clean and comfortable. We could hear traffic noise from our bathroom, which was toward the front of the house, but the bedroom faced the back and was nice and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. The Royal Crescent and Victoria Gardens are just up the hill from the guesthouse. Everything...

Our two nights here were delightful! The staff were kind to accomodate a later arrival and we got in no problem. Charming decor, comfy king bed, and shower + tub were all fantastic. Location was good, totally walkable from town center, but far enough away that you can get a quiet night's sleep. The stairs are narrow and steep (it's...

Located only a short walk from the centre of Bath, Brooks guesthouse was a great base for our short stay. A large, clean and comfortable room with modern ensuite facilities made our stay very pleasant. The tasty breakfast was just what me and my wife Sue, needed prior to a great mornings trip around the sights of this lovely City....
