We visited here as we had a wedding in Bath at the weekend. I cannot recommend it highly enough as it has so many positives; 1. Location. Right in the centre of Bath, only a 5 minute walk from the Abbey and Baths. 2. A free parking permit is provided. A welcome bonus in Bath. We were fortunate to find...

We arrived after a long journey from London and was received by Lucia who was friendly and helped us with the luggage to the room located on the first floor. The room was cosy but a wee bit tight for space as we had 2 large luggage and 2 smaller one. It was difficult having to place them comfortably, without...

Beautiful elegant Georgian hotel just off the centre of Bath. Offers free parking permits in the streets around the hotel. Beautifully furnished with elegant and traditional furnishings & décor. Everything is of a high standard. Spotlessly clean. Staff were wonderful, extremely helpful, friendly & professional. 3 of us stayed – one double room with en suite on 3rd floor, one...

Stayed for 2 nights when visiting the Christmas markets. Such a lovely, hospitable hues house! The owners were lovely, so friendly. The property is going through a renovation and actually looks much prettier than many of the photos online. The towels were large and fluffy, there were extra tea bags & coffee, bottles of still and sparking water and gorgeous...

Stayed here on our recent visit to beautiful Bath, for the Xmas market. The new owner has given this wonderful boutique hotel a freshen up, paint and carpets, and our stay was as good as ever. Peter was a very welcoming host, and made our stay very comfortable. The breakfast was as tasty as ever. Can't wait to visit again...

Our first visit with family who have stayed at The Kennard on several occasions. We were very impressed with the rooms, the location, the service and a fabulous breakfast. Parking available outside and a very short walk into the town center to see the lovely Christmas markets. We will definitely return.

We stayed at The Kennard for 2 nights and were very happy. We stayed here 5 years ago. But it has been taken over since then but was just as good as last time. Also it has been refurbished to a high standard. We had the Superior Room on the first floor which was immaculate and had everything you could...

We were three friends for two nights in an ensuite room. The room was comfortable and well appointed, with kettle and biscuits provided, as well as local boutique soaps and lotions. Breakfast in the basement dining room was elegant, relaxed, with a plethora of choice, starting with 4 single origin coffees in single serve presses or your choice of teas...

We stayed here last year after walking the Cotswold Way and decided to return last week for our one night in Bath. The welcome was as friendly as before.
