This was our second visit to the priory, as we loved the absolute perfection the first time round. The building and the environment is just so beautiful, it's very welcoming, certainly not pompous, well, no pomposity from the wonderful hotel staff anyway, can't say that for some of the guests, who for some odd reason seem to think they have...

Had a really good lunch at Bath Priory today. It was an important occasion and the service was impeccable. Food was well paced and beautifully presented. We all enjoyed it and I especially recommend the goose - it was delicious The sommelier was helpful and I had great help from the staff when a taxi failed to show up. Would...

This is a brilliant hotel: great building, marvellous bedrooms, excellent facilities, lovely grounds, enormously helpful staff. Always seemed to be at least two people available to help at any time. Food for our presentation luncheon was absolutely top class.

We wanted to visit the Christmas Markets in style with my mum (who is in a wheelchair). The hotel couldn't do enough for us and helped at every stage of our stay, providing everything we needed. The disabled facilities were excellent in the room. We didn't use the spa so I don't know if they are suitable for disabled visitors....

From the moment we were greeted on the drive to checking out we received the most wonderful 5 star service. Every member of staff we spoke to or were served by was top notch, you got a...

My husband bought me here as a complete surprise for my birthday, so pulling up onto the drive way of a beautiful hotel in bath was a lovely start to my birthday weekend. We had a very warm welcome from the reception staff and our bags bought up to our room for us. The room was stunning. We stayed in...

Met here for a business meeting. What a lovely setting. Very formal, but also comfortably relaxing with a nice fire going on a blustery rainy day. The location is really convenient and to have a tray of tea or coffee in the lounge was the perfect setting for our meeting. Most definitely worth a visit if you are in Bath.

Arrived with great expectations based upon previous experience. We were warmly welcomed by the door staff but that was as good as it got. Enjoyed dinner despite the poor service which got even worse at breakfast. Sadly it's not a special place anymore.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review of The Bath Priory, I was delighted to read that our reception team looked after you so well on your arrival at the hotel however I was very disappointed that the restaurant service was not up to our usual highest of standards, I will be feeding this back to our new restaurant manager...
