Wowcher deal which was good value to include scones and tea, a glass of champagne, three course meal off the a la carte (although the did run out of a number of the more desirable items and breakfast. No fruit in our room though but this may have been a management decision as I wasted 2 hours on the phone...

Came to Bath with my daughter as her birthday treat. Wonderful hotel, very friendly staff in every area from reception to bar to dining area. Food delicious, room clean and full of character, not only did the room have proper coffee, biscuits etc but a lovely bowl of fresh fruit! It's right opposite the railway station, so central to all...

This hotel is very conveniently situated for wandering around Bath city centre and opposite the station. The staff were really lovely and helpful. I had dinner in the bar but dining off the restaurant menu and it was really tasty and well cooked. Breakfast was great as well. I was on the third floor (there is a lift) with a...

Staff all good, nice relaxing atmosphere in bar and restaurant, breakfast lovely, room not ultra modern, but in keeping with hotel. The hotel is a stones throw away from Bath Train Station and ideally located to explore Bath. Would recommend this...

A lovely, clean and friendly hotel retaining just enough of old fashioned elegance. A great welcome at reception and very pleased with the room (the tin of 'real' coffee is an excellent touch!). Would definitely book again.

Overall a nice pleasant stay, the room wasn't massive but adequate. The view could have been better. Food was excellent & the service was good. Pleasant staff, very accommodating. Hotel right opposite the train station, surrounded by bars restaurants etc. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay! 👍
