This is an Ideal location for visiting Bath. Close to the bus station, over the road from the train station. Pretty much city centre. Friendly staff, good choice of tasty food at breakfast. Very clean and comfortable room.

Yes it does but all the time we were there it was not working. They did carry our bags up and back again. A vague offer of a room change was made but we did not push it but that was before we saw the stairs. If offered a room change when there is no lift I would advise a room change if you are on the top floor as these stairs are not like normal stairs more like light house stairs.
