Stayed here for 2 nights with my sister for a weekend break to Bath and Salisbury. There was plenty of space in the car park, but it is not free, it was £6 for 24 hours. It is located about 10 minutes to the Roman Baths and about 15 minutes to the Royal Crescent, once you get across the river...

Not a bad night at all in the hotel which is well located for the station and the river. The staff on reception were very helpful and friendly and overall the breakfast was good. The one disappointing thing about that was the fruit salad which had seen better times! My room was ok although next to the main road so...

Staff were fantastic, all communal areas were excellent. My only complaint would be that the bedrooms, while perfectly clean, could have benefited from redecorating. That said , we have booked to return later in the year. A little tired wallpaper is a small price to pay for the convenience and friendliness of this hotel.

Really well located for the town centre and getting around. Has plenty of onsite parking which I think is a must. Local shops and pubs which are excellent. Hotel clean & staff all very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast fresh & tasty although could do with more variety. Room clean & comfortable. Bathroom clean but a bit shabby, but staff informed...

Arrived to bath waterside at 3.30am on monday morning, and went to our room to find a dead fly in the bed, dust and crumbs on the bedside table and the slowest and irregular shower head we've had. After wiping the bed out, we managed to get some sleep, until 8.50am, when the loudest fire alarm I've ever heard goes...

This was a return visit to this perfectly situated hotel. On this occasion there was extensive work being carried out redecorating the rooms, However we were not inconvenienced in any way by this which was quite impressive.

Ideal no complaints central Bath, so easy walk to all Bath amenities. Had been concerned re parking but was fine loads of spaces but if had arrived in the evening or taken car out in the evening no spaces left .

I've been just one night in this place and I am happy was just one and not more..the hotel is clean and the room as well but very disappointed about the bathroom..they don't like to spend money and everything is old and especially the shower was a very big issue..the water was coming all over the place! No Internet free...

Well located. Approx 10 minutes walk to town. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Parking fee was 6 pound for 24 hours, a sensible price for the area. Good value for money.

The hotel was well maintained, the staff were very friendly, the room quality was good and the food we ate was also good. All in all good value for money in a lovely location right next to the canal. Morning walks into Bath Center, only 5 minutes away, were just the job.
