Great location with shops bars theatre and restaurants all on the doorstep. Luxury toiletries in well appointed smart room. Good breakfast with plenty of hot options cooked to order. Efficient check in. There is paid for allocated parking in a nearby car park but it is a pain as you have to battle the one way system to hand the pass back to the hotel.

Recently returned after a 2 nights break away with Harington’s, the hotel is situated in a fantastic central location within of all baths attractions easy walking distance. Our room was clean an the reception staff was welcoming and friendly. The 2pm check in time was an added bonus since most hotels are 3pm so aloud us to get in a bit earlier an head on out to bath. We made use of the hot tub which again was a really nice addition an was good to relax after going out in the day time. Overall everything was very good during the stay the only thing I would say is that I was awoken by street noise a couple of times during the nights possibly better windows on the rooms needed to stop this.

Hotel staff were great, the room (standard double) was good and well equipped. Our main issue was getting a good nights sleep at this hotel We stayed Saturday and Sunday night and there was significant noise both nights which made sleeping difficult. This was due to street noise in the form of people partying, dogs barking and then very noisy seagulls from dusk. Whilst we appreciate this is not the fault of the hotel, more could be done to reduce the noise levels in the form of better glazing (triple if necessary) or even the simple provision of earplugs. The location in the city centre is very good for access to everything Bath has to offer as long as you can put up with the noise.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. The welcome we received and helpfulness of all staff throughout this time was second to none! Polite, friendly, enthusiastic and accommodating. The Hotel 'felt' warm and inviting. Our room was spacious, clean and comfy. The breakfast is a must, ample choice to start your day with. The Hotel is within walking distance of everything we chose to seek out. Too many restaurants to mention, the ones we frequented were all run by friendly amiable staff. Bath is a beautiful place to visit, and this Hotel is highly recommended.
