Small double, room was tired, wall paper peeling in places< felt was overpriced, on the 3rd floor by stairs would have been a challenge for elderly, breakfast was a sad effort at continental. Good location is all I can say

I chose this hotel mainly because it has perfect location. There's short walking distance to all major sights I was interested in. And it is also near the Railway Station. We were pleasantly surprised by the size and cleanness of the room. It had also a canopy bed. Bathroom was tidy. Two windows had a view over the roofs to...

Could not have been a better location. We are a little limited how far we can go without a rest in between but we were between the riverside and back of the Cathedral, It was a dawdle. Our room was on the ground floor, there were bus stops outside but no matter there was no noise after midnight and before...

We loved the view but the room wasn't all that nice. It's a long way up to the third floor with some narrow stairs and no help offered with the luggage. The price was a bit steep for this basic B&B, but the location is hard to beat, with most everything of interest in the center within walking distance.

The Parade Park is in a fantastic location. As a budget hotel it was exactly how we expected it. Breakfast was included and the hotel staff are friendly. As a bath mat, they provided an Eco friendly piece of paper, that was supposed to soak up the water. Not the best idea! There is no air conditioning and no parking....

Right in the heart of Bath. We had a room which overlooked the Botanical Garden. A short walk to the famous Sally Lunn's restaurant and a stop for the Big Bus. Bath is more than I could ask for. Gets you away from the hustle and bustle of London. Stick to the original old are of Bath and not the...

4 stars for the price and location - this is a great little budget hotel, we didn't find anything near this price and you couldn't ask for a better location. Lovely friendly staff at the reception. We got upgraded from a double with shared bathroom to a double with en suite so extra happy with that! Lovely customer service to...

We stayed here two nights. The room was very small, but it was clean. Breakfast was good enough but nothing special. Toast, ham, cereal, yogurt, and- if we were lucky, some soft-boiled eggs. They didn't have enough egg cups. Beware the hot water here- it is seriously hot.

Great location near the Bath tourist/historic district. Our room was a bit rundown with furnishings that had seen better days. The bed was comfortable and except for a drunk who came in at 2am, it was pretty quiet. The breakfast was average. For what we paid, we expected higher quality accommodations, but I guess we paid for location.
