The cleanliness of the hotel rooms was poor, we were put in a room in the side building which really needs refurbishing. Cobwebs and dust on the ceiling, a TV so high up on the ceiling you couldn’t watch it in bed. Hole and daylight coming through the ceiling above the bed. Bathroom full of cobwebs. Bath falling apart and dirty grout. After requesting to move we were given one of the rooms in the main hotel which was clearly one of the more modernised bedrooms. Although the room was more aesthetically pleasing, is still wasn’t clean with dust and cobwebs on the walls and the heating did not work. Reception advised they could control the heating from downstairs, but later called to advise they could not fix this was the heating controller was broken and the air condition could not be turned off (in January!!) As you can imagine the room was absolutely freezing. We were then given a plug in heater to use which also didn’t work. Breakfast was appalling it took over 1 hour to be served with only 3 additional tables present so you could hardly say they were busy!. We were given a limited breakfast menu of which cold gloopy porridge was served to us. After returning the porridge I was then served mouldy bread when I told the waiter there was no apology or sign of them trying to rectify the situation. They also got my partners breakfast order wrong. There appeared to be no staff present who actually knew what they were doing it was an absolute shambles. The whole experience at the hotel ruined our weekend away for our anniversary and ruined our first visit to Bath. Despite raising the issues with Radisson Customer service team 2 weeks ago I am yet to receive an update on my complaint. The customer service at Radisson has matched the awful experience at the hotel and I will not be booking with them in the future.

We stayed on 10th & 11th December, and should've been suspicious when we had to pay the full £475 before we'd seen our room. On the positives the staff were friendly and very helpful, and the location is excellent, just 2 mins from Pulteney Bridge. The disappointment came from the poor standard of the room's facilities and decor. The stay was advertised as 4-star, and the photos on the website are very misleading. The reality was a small dark, extremely tired room and ensuite. Frayed and stained carpets, rotten wood in the bathroom and nasty sealant around the sink. Expected a lot more for over £230 per night! Complained at the time on our second day, was offered a different room but too late at night. Still waiting for a response to the complaint we logged on the Radisson website and the follow-up email to Henrietta House itself.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location. We stayed for the one night and had a lovely room and a great breakfast. It’s a great boutique hotel, staff were lovely and friendly. It’s location is great for walking into the centre, while being away from the city noise. Will definitely visit again.

Stunning room. Great bathroom. Comfy bed. Only thing I would comment on is there was no information in the room about the hotel/ location (maybe a map of the area) and no menu information of the restaurant on site. Had to ask the bar staff downstairs. Breakfast was very busy, so was a little wait even though we booked our slot. It was non stop. The staff done a great job regardless of how busy it was. The table was slightly small had to squeeze everything on it like Tetris haha. The food was stunning though, vegetarian option was amazing. Loved the Linda McCartney sausages. The bar in the evening was fab too. We had lovely cocktails. Great location aswell
