I studied at the University in Bath and after I graduated a few years ago I longed to come back to the city. We chose to stay at Nr 17 as it is located right at the bottom of Bathwick hill so it was easy to get to the university (for a walk down memory lane) but also city centre...

We had a lovely weekend in Bath. The view from the place overlooking the Abbey is absolutely amazing. It is only a 10 minutes’ walk from the city centre. The room was clean and tidy (with the most comfortable pillows!) and next to the common area where we enjoyed the evening playing board games with our friends. There is free...

We had a perfect anniversary getaway here at number 17. The room was gorgeous, bed super comfortable and it had a lovely view. I loved how the hosts left you fresh pastries for breakfast. Super easy to contact the owner and they were very helpful before booking, answering any queries that I had. A beautiful spot, affordable rate and we...

I booked at short notice for a 5-night work visit, and received very quick confirmation of the booking and arrival arrangements. The flexible check-in (I arrived at 9pm on Sunday) is very useful, and the on-site manager, Arthur, was friendly, efficient and very welcoming. The apartment (Maggi's) was very nicely presented, well equipped and comfortable, with great views across the...

Although we only stayed one night but it would be very comfortable for a few days to a week. It's well equipped kitchenette, seating and dinning furniture is all well place and of a luxurious quality, with blankets and cushions for coziness. Our large picture window had views towards the Abbey across a cricket pitch. The parking facility is a...

Booked a long weekend to relax and celebrate a special anniversary. Self catering worked well, no time frames and apartment (Atrium) very spacious and airy. Provided a comfortable living space, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The kitchen diner (conservatory) was bright, the wet room a real treat, plenty of room and the separate loo perfectly adequate. Only downside to being...

Had a wonderful 2 night stay Aug 2015. Would highly recommend. The room was just lovely, spacious yet cosy. Beautifully decorated, clean and with a well equipped kitchen. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Location is superb, a short walk into Bath city centre with plenty of places to explore such as Bath Abbey, The Roman Baths, shops, restaurants and the visitor...

With town centre a 10 minute walk away, Number 17 is a prime location which is reasonably priced considering other B&B/hotels cost central to Bath. With a stunning view of Bath cathedral welcoming you in the morning (or a late night return) and a tesco express 5 minutes away, this is a prime location to stay. Spacious room in our...
