We stayed here for three nights at the end of March. The staff were wonderful especially the women amongst them, carrying suitcases, rebooking rooms while being friendly and cheerful all the while. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped , our basement rooms were a bit noisy during the day but really quiet at night. Breakfast was delicious with a...

Just returned from a 2 night mini-break in Bath and stayed at the excellent Edgar Townhouse, a very comfortable B&B. The location is perfect and for £8 (parking permit for the whole stay) the parking is excellent. Would highly recommend.

Spent a night there after watchin the rugby. Minutes from the ground but also city centre. Bath is not a cheap place to stay so in comparison was value for money. Room was well designed with a clean, contemporary style. Not the biggest room but everything was well designed and made the best of the space. Only thing I'd have...

We stayed here for one night and were made to feel really welcome. We had room 14 which is small and downstairs but was perfectly adequate for one night. The en-suite is also small but the shower is amazing and everything is clean and tidy. Breakfast was great and with a pleasant lounge and wifi throughout is a good place...

Honestly couldn't of asked for a better place to stay! After arriving in Bath, we went straight to our hotel the Redcar! We immediately left! As we could not stay there! So avoid that place at all cost! We looked on trip advisor and came across Edgar Townhouse, we went straight there as it was around the corner! Amazing staff,...

Perfectly located to get to the rugby ground - the East gate entrance is a two minute walk away! Aside from that, the welcome we received was very warm - The Edgar had lovely comfortable, warm and cosy rooms. Nicely appointed and all very clean and tidy. Bathroom too was a very generous size. We were fortunate enough to be...

We have just stayed at The Edgar Townhouse for the night. It is clean and comfortable and excellent value for money. The location is brilliant and you can park for 8 for the day. The staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast is very good. I would highly recommend this hotel if visiting Bath.

Booked a two night stay at the Edgar Townhouse the day before we arrived and we were pleasantly surprised. The location is great, Great Pulteney Street is a beautiful street and only a ten minute walk from the city centre. We booked the cosy double room and it was exactly that. It felt very comfortable with lovely decor but because...

easy access to town centre, ground floor rooms small but perfectly usable, clean and modern shower room. Friendly staff, ample breakfast with lots of different choices. Parking is in the street, some were lucky and got a place outside, we had a short walk.

Great location, close to shops/restaurants etc and the parking for £8 for the whole stay was a definite bonus. Lovely full English breakfast. We stayed in a 'cosy double' and it was just that. Would definitely stay again.
