We stayed in the ground floor spilt level apartment for my Mum's birthday weekend. We were all very impressed by how clean and well decorated the flat was as well as it's superb location a short walk to the city centre, train/bus station and local amenities. Despite being in the city centre the flat was very quiet (located on a...

My husband and I stayed here once again visiting for the Rugby. The apartment is in a great location, clean and well equipped. The bed is so comfortable and the area is peaceful, the large Sainsbury's opposite was handy for supplies.

Stayed in one bedroom apartment on 1st floor. Definitely not luxury - more like a student flat. Sofa filthy, pots and pans unusable and level of finish dreadful. Somebody had taken a building with beautiful period features and butchered it

The apartment is in the best position and within walking distance to a supermarket and also the Roman Baths which are fantastic. We did the hop on hop off city tour and also the countryside tour. It's the best way of seeing most of Bath. Bath is really a lovely city to visit and would suggest these apartments to anyone....

What a fabulous apartment and a fabulous location. Couldn't be better really. A home away from home. Clean, bright, beautifully presented and a 5 min walk from the city centre! What else could you want for a Bath experience! Not only is this apartment in a beautiful and picturesque location, it is across the road from a supermarket too... and...

Misrepresented on Booking.com and Priceline as a 5*. Is not a 5*. Closer to a motel or 3* hotel. Some images of building front are not even of the actual building. No on site staff. Only mobile local numbers you can contact with issues. Unfairly places onus on client to bear cost of long distance to complain. We had tour...

The carpets were dirty, tile was dirty... tile in shower had black mould on the grout (yicky!!). Cushions on the couch were filthy, couch was dirty. Ugh! Sink and counters were clean. Oven didn't work - tried every option with no success. Bedding linens were clean... thank goodness. Definitely not 4 star or 4 circle rating!! Has been used and...

Had a very comfortable stay over the Christmas period, very well equipped apartment with a good standard of fitments and furnishings . On the second floor listed Crescent block four flights of stairs.. Would definitely recommend and make a return visit.

We arrived at the apartments and were met by the housekeeper, who showed us around our apartment, which had two bedroom on the lower level, the living area and kitchen was upstairs. We had the ground floor apartment which meant we had access to the private garden which was lovely. The apartment is in a great location within walking distance...

I stayed in the first floor apartment. The Good. Easy to park outside. Close to shops. All the Bath has to offer is a maximum 10 minutes walk away at most. Sainsbury nearby. The Bad. Parking cost £10 to borrow the permit! Should have been free as this place is not cheap. The place was smaller than expected. The place...
