Peter and Jane were the perfect hosts for our 2 night stay in Bath. We felt as if we were in their home as guests. Very clean every where, excellent breakfast cooked to your request, good shower, pleasant walk from bus and train station over main bridge into town. WiFi connection is available, and they make a computer available if...

A very warm welcome at this top guest house. The rooms were immaculate and of good hotel standard. It really is an easy stroll to the centre of the lovely city. Some accommodation leads you to believe this but is miles away. Breakfast is top class, especially for those who wish to treat themselves to a cooked one. If I...

One of the best Guest Houses we have stayed in. Beds were comfortable, the food lovely and Peter and Jane were really friendly and helpful. It is situated approximately a 10 minute leisurely level walk from the town centre and within walking distance of the railway station. We highly recommend it and hope to return in the future. This is the best of both worlds: cozy and friendly as many a B&B, but without compromises on cleanliness, space, or quality of the services provided. Would go back anytime. I definitely recommend it!

Peter is an excellent gentleman and gave us a very warm welcome and my wife got on really well with Jane, who gave us lots of useful information on Bath. The breakfast was superb! However I...

My Mum and I stayed here for two nights. We booked a twin room and were given a pleasant room with a double and a single bed. The room was very clean, warm, and spacious. The ensuite was also very clean although unfortunately there was no bath. Breakfast was exceptionally good, with a nice choice of cereals and fresh fruit,...

Keep this one between you and me.I Was given this room by the tourist people in Bath so I really didn't know what to expect. Got way more than I bargained for!! The sweetest double room with en-suite. Immaculately clean and supplied with towels, soaps and shampoos. Hair dryer. Tea and coffee making facilities and tv in room. Shower was...

Just stayed one night. Chose it by chance at Tourist Info. We had a car - and the host Peter was happy to provide us with a parking permit that we were able to use most of the second day (after we'd checked out ) and while we were still in the city. Great location - easy walk to centre....
