Had an excellent host Rita always had a smile and extremely helpful. The food is excellent and the room was comfortable and very clean. I would definitely reccommend it very highly to anyone its also very central to all amenities.

Great location as it is only 2 mins to the Royal Crescent and 5 mins to the centre of Bath. Room was very small and to be honest made it a little uncomfortable. The lady who ran it, Rita is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice but the room was to small and only one table, not very private...

Our second visit to The Crescent, this time for six nights. Once again we were made really welcome, the room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Rita cannot do enough to help her guests including, in our case, helpful tips on orchid growing! We are really looking forward to our next visit.

We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Staying 8 nights we felt looked after and well fed. The room was spotless and tidied every day. The breakfasts are amazing and flexible; after a night at the Star Inn, you may not feel like a full cooked breakfast so you can just order what you want. Thank you Rita for...

I have just returned from a one-night stay at the Crescent Guest House and can't find anything to fault about it. It is literally a 5 minute walk into the centre of Bath, and with the added bonus of a parking permit, we didn't use the car at all. The twin room was spotless, with everything you would expect, plus...

My husband and I recently spent four nights at the Crescent Guest House and while it was not a bad experience, it was absolutely not worth the 95 £ we paid per night. The location is good and the landlady was helpful and approachable, even if her rough charme is not exactly everybody's idea of friendliness (we also did not...

Rita was so helpful & kind, just lovely...our room was not large but very cosy & beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean & had a very comfortable bed. Location was perfect, very central to everything & we had no...

A comfortable guest house very well situated for exploring Bath. The proprietor could not have been more helpful and was very knowledgable over all things relating to Bath. The accommodation, although small, was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. A large public car park was close by, and a street parking permit was available fom the guest...

This guest house is located on a busy main road, but within walking distance of the city centre. Parking is supposed to be free (with a permit issued by Rita), but impossible to find a vacant spot. We eventually found one, only to be woken the next morning by a frantic Rita saying we had 5 mins to move the...
