Stayed here recently for a weekend and loved it. Christina was such a pleasure to deal with. We had the entire house to ourselves (22 girls) Rooms were fabulous, clean, cosy and comfortable. Its location itself is excellent - walking distance to everything. If I was coming back I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

My friends and I stayed here for a weekend in February & had the best time ever! The B & B was lovely & quirky with beautiful old features. Our hostess was wonderfully kind, bringing us up fruit & croissants on a tray our first morning as we hadn't made it down to eat . Our room was clean &...

Perfect hosts, Perfect Location , Very Clean. Could not recommend this place enough, its great value for money in Bath with Holiday Inn and Premier Inns offering a prison cell for the same money you would be stupid to look over this place!

This was a beautiful 17th century guest house in Bath. Quirky, wonky floors etc.. Christina was amazing so friendly. Room was not overly big but had everything you could have needed. Room was a bit damp and had de humidifier going. But this was not a problem and due to age of building expected. Great brekkie, great location, less than...

Post booking, the information and emails from Liz & Grant were excellent, everything you needed to know was contained within in detail and on arrival there was an envelope waiting for us and...

After reading all the good reviews we were a bit disappointed. The room was tiny, which was ok as only for one night. But: I was frozen the whole stay. The room was extremely cold even though the heater inside the room felt "warm". Slept with two blankets on top of each other and still cold. Same for breakfast room,...

A spacious and comfortable two bed apartment. Immaculately maintained. Kitchen well equipped with all one would need to cook and entertain.Warm and welcoming atmosphere.Though in town, the bedrooms are very quiet - even on the weekend.Somewhere to stay which is quite unique.

Our room was clean and had everything we needed for our comfortable stay. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice, lovely fresh food and very filling. The location is amazing. I've been visiting Bath for over 20 years and stayed at other places, I would definitely stay here again.

When I booked the room for my 82 year old mother l requested a private bathroom. I assumed that the "private bathroom" would be in the room and not a walk across the landing. When we arrived there was no one there to greet us and only gained access when another guest was leaving. Later on we let another guest...
