I booked this B&B for my husband's birthday and we were not disappointed. The rooms are tastefully decorated with comfy furnishings. It is positioned perfectly, just 5 minutes from Bath centre. The breakfast is amazing!! Everything about this place is excellent... We will definitely be recommending it to friends and family. Read the other reviews - they really sum up...

I also chose to stay at Chesnuts house due to all the excellent reviews. It was an wonderful place to stay. Very clean and comfortable and close to central Bath. Toni the landlord went above and beyond in his recommendations and in trying to make our stay as best as possible. The breakfast choices were amazing. I hope to stay...

I chose this B&B based on all the positive reviews it received here. And it's exactly as all the reviews said. The location is very good. You can walk to everywhere easily and it's very quiet. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Rooms were nicely decorated, you can tell that everything has been carefully chosen to match. Bathrooms were impressively spacious...

After staying in Bath at two other lovely places over the years we were interested in Chestnuts due to the wonderful reviews on trip advisor. Chestnuts House did not disappoint. Our room was ready upon check in around noon. Dan arranged for a bag of towels, robes, 2 hour passes, etc for Thermae spa - very convenient! Chestnuts is situated...

Chestnuts House has spacious and elegantly furnished rooms and is very convenient to all Bath's amenities. Everywhere was very clean and well maintained. Breakfasts were a real treat, delicious dishes supplied with friendly interest and advice . (Toni's tips on eateries, places to visit etc were given with more authority and enthuisiasm than at the tourist office). Their website is...

One foot in the door and I smelled a note of something homey in the air. Apples? Not sure, but after a brisk walk from from the train station it was a lovely way to start our visit. My husband and I have done plenty of B&Bs, but Chestnuts House was special. Yes the bathrooms were pristine; yes the bed...

Stayed for two nights with Chestnuts. We had room 2 which is lovely and spacious, very comfortable and well-equipped. Our bed was probably the most comfortable one I have ever slept in! I completely agree re. the breakfasts, the quality of the ingredients and the choice are outstanding. Toni was very friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble,...

My husband and I stayed at The Chestnuts in March 09 for three nights. It is in a great location, about 10 mins walk from the city centre, but in a quiet street. We got a very friendly welcome upon arrival. Our room was lovely - obviously very recently decorated, quite minimalistic (how I like it!) and modern, but with...

This is the ideal place to stay in Bath. The location is peaceful and has parking (very hard to come by in Bath) yet it is only a short, pretty walk into town (5 minutes). The house is beautiful and Toni and his family/staff are extremely helpful but at the same time were not overbearing. We stayed with our toddler...
