Spent 3 days a week ago at the Bath House and wasnt diappointed. Lovely room, great breakfast and nice helpful staff. Very near to the centre of Bath where you find find lots of places to eat and lots of historic places to visit all within walking distance to each other. Definitely will plan a return here.

Our stay at The Bath House was exceptional! Our room was very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated with decorations for our 30th Wedding Anniversary making this occasion so special and meant so much to us, Really enjoyed and loved the idea of breakfast in our room, little fridge with milk, biscuits and water, everything on the complimentary tray and all the accessories in the bathroom , was all so perfect! We will definitely return and recommend The Bath House to all our friends and family.

Getting in touch beforehand we had a very positive, swift response which gave me an idea of the service and care that reflect the owners' values. The hotel itself is ideally situated for a five minute walk to many restaurants and sights. The long route back after dinner encompassed the Crescent - if you know, you know. Lovely way to digest the food. The room was excellently maintained and very comfortable. Our early breakfast request was no problem at all. The parking was easy, free and unusual for many establishments in the busy centre of Bath. Good value all things considered. Would love to come back for another stay.

Fabulous place to stay. Close to all of the sights of bath. Sue and Wayne excellent hosts who cannot do enough for you, ( they decorated our room to reflect Andy's birthday). Excellent choice of breakfasts, served in your room Highly recommend the Bath house as a fantastic place for a brilliant break in Bath .

Can’t really fault it, lovely room, close to all attractions. Sue and Wayne were so friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Wayne also makes a great English breakfast. Parking was a squeeze, but Wayne helped out there too, as well as carrying our cases to the top floor. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as there are steps up to the front door and no lift , hence 4 stars .

Response from The Owner, Owner at The Bath House B&B

Thank you for your review and for saying you couldn't fault anything. The fault you pointed out in saying we don't have a lift was therefore a little surprising. We don't advertise that we have a lift and of course in a 3 storey Victorian building, in a conservation area, we wouldn't be allowed to have a lift. We have a ground floor room for with a walk-in shower for guests that may have mobility issues and are a flat walk into town which is a bonus as many guest houses are up on of the seven steep hills in Bath. Perhaps it might be worth checking any accommodation you book has the features you require in advance for future stays so the accommodation is not penalised unfairly.
