The hotel is beautifully decorated and all the team working there are friendly and efficient. Our room was quiet and with a very comfortable bed. Really nothing you could fault at all. Excellent breakfast and it really is a quick walk into town.

We have just finished a great three night stay at Leighton Townhouse. The B&B is ideally located to visit all of Bath's central attractions. Our room (4) was fantastic - beautifully decorated and comfortable with four poster bed and jacuzzi bath. Breakfasts were delicious with a good range of cooked options and the staff couldn't be more friendly. It felt...

We stayed in February 1/2 term, lovely boutique B&B not the cheapest but worth the extra money for the luxury touch, Breakfasts were very good and friendly staff too. Satff happy to directions and book taxi for us. Only gripe- there was no hand soap in our room, upon checking photos looks like it should have been there!!!

This is a very nice B&B just outside the old area of Bath and a short walk uphill from the train station. It has nice modern room with views of the valley of Bath. The breakfast are nice and the staff attentive. I enjoyed getting up early with the sun and reading in the lounge area watching the sunrise over...

Our first stay at this boutique hotel although the owner insists LeightonTownhouse is "only" a guest house! Incredibly tastefully decorated and superb service to match. The whole experience was one of luxury, comfort and relaxation. Lots of nice touches in comfortable rooms. A great experience certainly to be repeated in the future! Thank you 😊

I stayed at this property in June of 2016 as a single parent with a pre-teen and a teenager. We chose Bath for the first 3 nights of a June trip to England and Wales. I chose this B&B based on the positive reviews and it did not disappoint! The staff were courteous and helpful - arranging an early morning...

Leighton townhouse is a relaxing and wonderful place to stay in Bath. It is a bit of a walk out of the center of town (up a fairly steep hill) which we really enjoyed. The bedroom was a good size and was really relaxing. The bed is super comfy and we both enjoyed a really good night's sleep. Breakfast is...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Spoil yourselves at Leighton Townhouse. We are just a 10 minute walk from the city centre, in a peaceful 140-year old Victorian villa, set in lovely gardens, with great views away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre and offering complimentary on-site car parking. Formerly known as One Three Nine, we have recently refurbished and refreshed all our bedrooms and guest areas to provide 10 individually designed and beautifully decorated guest rooms, all of which have air conditioning, as well as beautiful bathrooms with underfloor heating, power showers and many with spa baths. Leighton Townhouse has been fully restyled to reflect the age and character of the property. Using a harmonious palate of soft neutrals and flashes of brighter accent colours, our Townhouse has a warm, relaxing ambiance with each room completely unique in character. By blending our signature style of classical French chic with contemporary modern elements, we are able to offer our guests an extremely comfortable stay and a truly bespoke experience' Take in the sights of our remarkable city, have a lingering lunch, soak in the bubbling hot waters at the Thermae Bath Spa, book an evening show at the beautiful Bath Theatre Royal. Dine out, hit the shops or just lounge like a local - our townhouse has everything you will need for a perfect stay. The views are amazing and the possibilities are endless. Leighton Townhouse offers all the 'mod cons' you would expect from a luxury B&B Townhouse as well as beautiful, comfortable décor. Our guiding principle is to offer exceptional personal service and accommodation to make our guests feel they are 'home from home' but with a bit of 'wow' factor to make their stay in Bath one to remember. We believe that there are a few prerequisites that a luxury B&B townhouse must have - relaxing décor, very comfortable beds, immaculate bathrooms, fresh, crisp, quality linens, fluffy towels, robes & slippers, welcoming and comfortable guest areas, fresh flowers, good lighting as well as a hearty breakfast with plenty of choice and Bucks Fizz to kick start your day. Whether you just want a few romantic days away 'a deux', a break on the way to the South West, or a 'girlie' get away, Leighton Townhouse will tick all the right boxes. ... more   less
