I have have stayed here numerous times over the past few years; if it was no good i wouldn't keep returning. The staff are all very friendly and there is a cracking little pub in Brent Knoll called the Brent Knoll Inn which i also recommend.

Beth on reception was brilliant, so helpful and friendly. Room was clean and tidy. The room heater worked fine and there is parking available. The only thing letting it down is they send you to the motorway services for breakfast and it's really not very good. This week no sausages!! Apart from that all ok.

After 4 years of using the hotel with very pleasant stays, this last stay was not so good. Homeless guest living at the hotel, think it's acceptable to drink, shout and swear up until 3-4 in the morning. We had very little sleep and cut out stay short. Not entirely the hotel's fault. The council should be monitoring the homeless people and not using hotels like this. Some of these people are vulnerable and need supporting. Not put them in the middle of nowhere, when they don't drive. Regular checks should be made on them. The hotel staff are being put in a very difficult situation, they are not trained social workers, but are being faced with dealing with mental health crisis, drunks and vulnerable people. Something needs to change, as this will put people off staying at what is usually a very nice hotel. Also the disabled room needs to have a wet room, not a bath. My mum was unable to step into the bath to have a shower the whole time we were there. I'm sure it is a simple fix and make it more accessible for disabled guests.

Quiet hotel with very pleasant helpful staff. It had everything we needed for a one night stopover. We needed to go southbound to continue our journey and a kind member of staff showed us a quick way rather than having to go back a junction.

A lovely place to stay with our dog. Easy access to the M5 and Sedgemoor services. Room was clean and the staff were pleasant. Ground floor rooms available for accessibility, however our room didn’t have an accessible bathroom. There might have been one in another room. Hotel is not far from Burnham-on-sea, Weston-super-mare, cheddar gorge and wooky hole. We would definitely stay again.

1st time staying at this chain. Basic room but functional. However no hot water!. So couldn't even get a shower. Something that is a given. Especially while travelling. Has probably put me off using them again.
