It is always lovely to return to Healing Waters. Such a peaceful and inviting place. All needs catered for. We returned to carry out a Full Moon ceremony and connect with The Mother Spring and the beautiful energies of Avalon. Always a place of peace to feel recharged and replenished. Thank you Juliet and Sue and the team for making it so.
We stayed in the Yurt at Healing Waters Sanctuary, right next to the main property. We had access to the main house at all times and the house itself was wonderfully calm and had a large deck out back with views that sweep out across green fields and the Tor to the left. Our stay was very enjoyable and we found the place warm and really welcoming. There are a range of wonderful healing treatments available if you choose to have them and there is a natural spring tucked away in field out the back- hidden behind hedgerow it’s a lovely place to just sit and relax. We had a super time a will definitely return, it was a great stay!
A peaceful, beautiful house. Every evening we sat outside with the stars and in the morning with the cows. I had booked 4 therapies. I had two massages with Michelle who helped a knee injury and a very special session with Mylene whose insight and ability to heal were amazing. Juliet and Selina also gave me light therapy on my knee when I injured it and was hobbling around. The next day I was able to ascend The Tor. They were so kind. I met some wonderful people in the house. There was also a large meditation room, with views of the hills. Lots of birds. This is the place to stay if you want peaceful surroundings, kindness, a choice of therapies, a place to meditate ,views of the Tor and beautiful countryside.
We had a lovely night of resting and connecting in the privacy of a yurt! It seems like the perfect way to upgrade from simply camping to getting a bog standard hotel room. The Yurt is protected from the elements, and has access to a brick and mortar toilet and shower block, as well as access to the house's kitchen. The beds are well stocked with clean sheets, blankets, pillows, and cushions, and the yurt has lighting and power outlets. There is plenty of space, more than you'd get in any tent, and is a comfortable area for meditation, relaxation, yoga, or whatever else you'd want to use the yurt for. The Tor is very easy to find from the sancturary, simply take the road ahead of the building and follow until you're forced to turn, taking a right to find yourself at the foot of the Tor. It's not as close to town or shops as other overnight locations are, but it makes it a nice quiet spot.…
I stayed in a lovely room, views of countryside and the Toronto. There are a great number of therapies, I elected the Shamanic Healing, an absolutely, amazing experience! I would definitely repeat my stay and therapy. I would also recommend Healing Waters for anyone require a relaxing and recharging break.
