I had a longish stay at Berachah in August this year. Loved every moment of it. I looked out over the garden in the mornings and evenings and had a wonderful view of the countryside at the breakfast table. I liked being able to get my own breakfast, when I felt like it. Well stocked kitchen and it was nice...

I had an extended stay here in between moving house and what a delightful gem of a Guest House it is. It's away from the hub-bub of Town, yet only around 15 minutes walk to the High Street and Abbey. Very relaxing and peaceful with superb views over the Somerset Levels and Chalice Well Gardens. Each room is tastefully decorated...

My daughter and I shared the Green Room which looks out over the Chalice Well on the opposite side of the street. It was very restful, and had a simple shower and bathroom. Just across the hall was the common kitchen with views out into the countryside of Glastonbury. Every morning we made our own breakfast which was a delight....

Delightful ensuite room also with a nice touch of an ensuite kitchenette. Colour and interior decor really creative and relaxing. Communal breakfast room and selfserve kitchen well stocked and offers a wide choice. Good sized communal lounge with all mod cons, including large flat screen TV. All in all a great place to stay in Glastonbury (in the shaddow of...

I recently spent a few days in the Blue room at Berachah guest house, in Glastonbury. It was very comfortable, pleasant and peaceful. The outlook from the breakfast room is beautiful, with Challice Well gardens just over the road, and further in the distance dairy cows grazing in the fields. It is very handy to Challice Well gardens, and also...

If you can stay here, then do, its so well located beside the Chalice Well and at the foot of the Tor, and Jan is such a delight, so helpful and sweet. Breakfast is a self serve situation with delicious fresh, organic local produce. The room I stayed in was very beautiful, with lovely fittings and a terrific view. I...

Very nice house and especially loved our room, the lilac room, with an ensuite bathroom and kitchenette. The house was located very close to the Tor and gardens and walking distance to the town. The kitchen and lounge were lovely and homely, the place was cosy and welcoming.

This is the second time I've stayed at Berachah and I had a wonderful time. I needed a short break to get away from it all, and this was the perfect place to stay. Jan Billings the lovely owner makes you feel very welcome, and I really appreciated the kitchen and breakfast arrangements- you prepare your own breakfast at a...

Relaxing and nourishing weekend on many levels. Comfortable place to stay where I was made to feel welcome and as though I was at home. Well placed to visit the Chalice Well Gardens, the Tor, shopping area, restaurants and cafes. Beautiful wall hangings and decorations. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable weekend and well recommended.

A lovely peaceful retreat with wonderful views from all rooms whether it is the Chalice Well Gardens or the Berachah’s garden and the Somerset levels beyond. We had a wonderful stay with everything we needed and more. The bedrooms were comfortable; the kitchen had all the amenities, well stocked for breakfast and a superb view. The lounge was a bonus...
