A lovely old house with friendly owners. You will love this place it's full of character, the rooms reflect the age of the property and the tea, coffee and cake in the afternoon is a lovely touch. We stayed in 'Edward' which has a private bathroom rather than an ensuite but you

Thank you so much for yor lovely review much appreciated by the Beryl team. We apologise for the flies and lady birds, we have had alot of cluster flies coming up from the grass and ladybirds this season due to the warm weather, they come back even though all left clear when servicing the room is complete, that's the joys of living in the countryside! we will endeavour to address this problem more thoroughly. We do hope you will return to see us in the future,

What a little gem. Hidden away by it’s beautiful gardens, fields and woodland, the house is a stunning Victorian country house. Which is immaculate throughout, filled with many beautiful antiques and has a warmth to it. The room (Mary-Ellen) was beautiful overlooking fields.

Thank you for your question. We have had various problems with water on one side of the house which have been fixed, the guest who wrote the review was staying in the Wing and that is just about to be attended to. We had a full house over the bank holiday and no water problems! so in the next few weeks it is all being looked into and sorted. We always endeavour to do our best and make our guests feel loved, Hoping to see you in the future, sincerely Holly
