We recently got married at Lichfield Registry Office and held our Wedding Afternoon Tea at Netherstowe House. The staff looked after us exceptionally well and the afternoon tea was wonderful. All our guests thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon and it made our day perfect before flying off for our honeymoon. Thoroughly recommended.

Fantastic. Did a Saturday night dinner bed and breakfast deal for my wife and I. I didn't tell my wife anything about it because I wanted it to be a surprise. We managed to get through the whole evening without her knowing we were staying overnight. I have the wonderful staff to thank for making this possible. Especially Sian our...

I have been for afternoon tea a few times at netherstowe. I have to admit this was my favourite time. From when we entered we were greeted with a warm welcome and was showed to our table. All the staff that served us was extremely attentive. A couple of us had dietary requirements which they had noted from my original...

My husband and I stayed here on our wedding night, it was beautiful. The room was just perfect and the bed was so big and comfy. We ordered the champagne breakfast in bed and hands down this was the best breakfast we've ever had. Can't wait to come back again soon.

My friend booked afternoon tea for myself and four friends at this charming country house hotel near Lichfield. Was not disappointed from the moment I arrived in the rain and was greeted at my car by a gentleman with an umbrella who accompanied to the hotel. Tea was delicious and plentiful and was served by efficient and charming staff. Highly...

Was taken here by my partner as a surprise early valentines present :) Awesome from the moment you pull up. The guy comes outside to greet you, from your car all the way to your table. Went for the English Country Garden themed afternoon tea and couldn't fault it at all. Variety of teas to choose from and a variety...

We were delighted that our daughter bought us a Dinner Bed and Breakfast Trip to Netherstowe House which we went on last Friday/Saturday. You can not fault the service we were met at the car and shown to a lovely room with its own sitting room and a complimentary bottle of prosecco as there had been a mix up over...

We booked afternoon tea at Netherstowe House after recommendations from friends. We were greeted at the car which was a nice touch, the hotel itself is very nice with lots of quirky touches. After being seated and offered our drinks we enquired about the sandwiches for the day, after seeing the sample menu online the selection for that day was...

Dear Pineapple29th, I was very sorry to read your review. Your reference to the less than sympathetic and apologetic response of the member of our Front Office Team concerned me greatly. We care passionately about our guests’ experience and enjoyment and the opinion you gleaned is certainly not remotely representative of what we strive to achieve every day. I can...

Lovely afternoon tea! Enjoyed the range of cakes and fresh sandwiches. Scones could have been better. Bit hard! Staff friendly! Lovely setting! Only downside was we had to pay an extra £5 each as it was a Saturday afternoon. No-one made us aware when we booked this! As we may have booked a Sunday otherwise!
