I stayed for one night at each end of my return drive to the Cotswolds and found this a good location as it is only 3 miles from the Motorway. It is on a leafy road in Stafford and only 15 walk to Stafford town centre which enabled me to enjoy the break from driving. My rooms were clean and...

Room was on the top floor, spacious and really felt like home from home. Separate shower and w/c rooms, plenty of furniture and storage if you're staying for a while. Breakfast was lovely, the proprietors were very helpful and accommodating allowing me to stay on after the stay during the day to complete work in the large lounge before heading...

Stopped as a last minute emergency during building work on our own home, we live locally. We were offered a room in the annex (a house next door) as they were fully booked in the main house but kindly fitted us in. Room was a little dated but huge with a bathroom and kitchen down the corridor and very clean....

My friend and I went to V fest this year in Weston park. We didn't fancy camping in the rain so looked at hotels. A local man I know told me Leonard's croft was decent so I booked in for Saturday and Sunday night. My friend and I were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to a beautiful building. We were...

Reasonably priced dog-friendly accommodation - very comfortable room on ground floor - was made very welcome and breakfast was more than adequate Safe off-road shaded parking under trees in front And a dog-friendly pub with home-cooked food was a very short walk away (although not serving food on Sunday evenings)

Handy for Stafford & surrounds, with a good pub just 5 mins walk away, this hotel / B&B delivered what I needed incl lots of hot water, a handy location and a great breakfast. Only "complaint"..The wifi is weak on the top floor, but it is free :)

Having family in the area we decided to pop up for the weekend. Choosing the weekend when the triathlon was on wasn't our best plan so our usual hotel was fully booked. Having a dog with us ( albeit a small chihuahua) often mkes hotel booking difficult but Leonards croft were accommodating. They kindly gave us an annex rom with...

Met at the door with minimum of welcome, told our room was at top of stairs and handed keys and proprietor went away. Room very basic but bed was comfortable. Bathroom had smallest shower cabinet we've ever seen, and hardly able to get in and out. No pot for toothbrushes. No box of tissues. Not told time or location of breakfast...

I was warmly and kindly welcomed after a three hour trip and shown to a comfortable room. Everything was very clean and comfortable and they were relaxed about what I returned as I was immediately given a key. Breakfast was a generous serving of coffee, choice of cereal or porridge and a choice of cooked breakfasts. The hotel is a...
