The building feels tired. The staff look tired. Took me 10 minutes to find the light switch which was hidden in the bed behind the pillows. Fantastically comfortable bed. No bedside table on one side. The door was hard to open and hard to close. It feels like a giant low calibre B&B rather than a hotel. The lady in...

Just off the M6 and easy to find. Reception team were efficient and helpful. Room was lovely and clean. Travelling with a large dog can be a problem, however everyone we met of the team was very friendly and came over to say hello. An excellent dog friendly hotel. He was allowed in the room and in the bar area...

Many times I have driven past Tillington Hall Hotel but never crossed the threshold into the building until partaking of a birthday present a couple of weeks ago. The present consisted of Afternoon Tea for two at the hotel which tempted us to make a follow up visit for Sunday Lunch for three and, wow, did we enjoy it! A...

Reception staff was very helpful, we could not have the room booked for us as the lock on the door would not allow entry. We we moved to another Executive room, the room was lovely and airy, although the mattress could do with replacing it was really hard. It would be nice if some of the Executive rooms could have...

Stayed one night for a social function. The room was clean and roomy. The food at the function was average but what you expect when there is 50+ people. Breakfast was buffet style and not too bad though it was luke warm. The bar prices are good for a hotel so rounds don't break the bank.

Easy enough to get to. Meeting room we used was warm and a nice size for us. We were brought hot drinks throughout the day at interval times to self serve. Toilets were clean although very small the door touches the toilet in some. Lunch was a hot buffet style which was nice although the menu on the board was...

Visited this hotel for a business meeting stayed one night. Room was fine but bed was very uncomfortable. Met friends in the bar when I arrived for a late lunch which was delivered quickly once we could find a member of staff to serve us. No body cleaned away any plates or cups whilst we sat there for two hours....
