We've stayed on New Years Eve and the following night having also stayed at the Vine on at least 3 or 4 other occasions in the last couple of years. I'm not really sure where to start? It is a real shame that none of the numerous comments regarding the poor service and even poorer standard of food seem to...

Had lunch here today for the first time, having used this as a drinking pub for the last few months and really liking it. There were two of us and we both agreed the food was unpleasant and badly presented. The half chicken appeared to be deep fried, was ordered as hunters chicken which is meant to be chicken with...

Only 4other diners at our arrival but it still took more than 30 mins to get starters A supposedly preordered 10oz ribeye steak looked more like shoe leather and could have been prosecuted under trades description act. Veg was cold or raw or overlooked to mush. Another party of 17 people arrived and after seeing our diners decided...

This could be an absolute gem in the middle of Stafford if someone cared enough. Started with being told they didn't have our booking. Admittedly, it had taken a while to actually book when I phoned ( I think procedures were being discussed) however they had a table when we arrived and we sat down. Firstly, they didn't have fish...
