Decent enough place to stay for a few nights. The rooms are accessible from outside so after check in there's no need to go through reception unless heading for food or drink. The room I was in had a clean comfortable bed and importantly little or no noise from other rooms. The restaurant menu is limited but the food is...

Stayed here for one night before an Alton towers trip the next day. Can't speak highly enough of the place, greeted on reception by the most friendliest man ever, a real gentleman , very helpful and very chatty. Stayed in room 204 with my wife and 3 kids , have to say the room was very clean and spacious with...

Our group of young soccer players and leaders stayed in the hotel for four days last week. We stayed in multiple rooms and the family bungalow. The staff could not have been more helpful and the food served during our stay was top class. We were provided with meeting room facilities and the snooker room was excellent. Everyone enjoyed their...

We stayed in the family bungalow for one night and it was excellent, there was plenty of room and it was nice having a seperate lounge. The staff were very good and helpful especially when we had a problem with the water. I would definitely recommend the hotel and will defiantly be using it again

Stayed here as a family of 4 in a family room. WOW!! The best family room I have ever stayed in. Not only full sized single beds, but sufficient space to move around without being in each others way. We had our main meal in the hotel restaurant, and was impressed with the choice, the pricing and also the wonderful...

Four of us stayed in two rooms after flying in from East Midlands airport to attend a family wedding in the area. Booking very straightforward and accommodation etc exactly as described. However this exceptionally friendly, family run business scores in the top class for customer service. Everything spotless, very comfortable beds and nothing was too much trouble. We arrived too...
