Premier Inn value for money as usual. Super comfy bed, basic amenities but more than enough for an overnight stay. Very clean in general with friendly staff. Brewers Fayre attached to the hotel provided an excellent breakfast. We would stay here again.
Typical Premier Inn - clean, comfortable and welcoming. All the staff - reception, restaurant & housekeeping were friendly and efficient. Hanley/Stoke are a bit grim! Thankfully a Nandos across the road from the Hotel so we didn't have to venture in to town at night.
Lovely couple of days break, staff were friendly and helpful, room was very good and spacious for my husband who was in a wheelchair. Easy access to all areas which was a bonus, extra pillows requested and they bought them out immediately, would highly recommend
The staff at this Premier Inn were awesome. They couldn't have been any more helpful than they were. They did everything within their power to make our stay as enjoyable & stress-free as possible. Will definately come back again.
A nice clean hotel with clean tidy rooms friendly staff although near main road it was nice to sleep peacefully at night I have booked previously and will book again will return before summer definitely
I booked and paid to stay two nights. But unfortunately the damp or mould triggered my asthma and forced me to stay in the Hilton Garden just up the road. Which I highly recommend. Big mistake not booking that the first time. It was only about £30 a night extra but it was a million times better and well worth it.
Staff was friendly. Easy quick check in and out. The security is excellent. The room was clean but not too much storage space for your clothes we stayed for 5 nights. Only 4 hangers in the cupboard and no drawers. Other than that the bed was comfortable and the heating worked great. I will return.
We were booked to go to waterworld and even though we live nearby, part of our experience was to stay at Premeir inn. We always know it will be clean and an allergen friendly breakfast delicious . I’ve paid more to stay at hotels but the flexibility provided by premier inn and its value for money make it stand out
Stayed here for 2 nights for a family wedding. Our parties stayed in 3 different rooms so 8 of us in total and was very accommodating. Very clean, provided us with an iron and board when requested. All round great place to stay
Room never dipped below 25degrees, couldn't open the windows and the air unit wasn't effective at all. However the bed was comfortable, daughter slept brilliantly, very accomodating of our accessibility needs, very helpful staff. Evening meal and breakfast - lovely to have gluten free and dairy free options available!
