Booked to go sedgefield races. Location great as close to racecourse and town centre. Need a cab to course as no walkways but easy walk to village. No bar and no hot breakfast but room clean cheerful and staff the same

Very clean and tidy rooms, would definitely stay agin, all staff were helpful, cheaper than most other hotels in the area, only cost me £37 for the night whereas premier inn I was looking at paying around £85

peter the manager is a gem couldn't be more helpful the rest of the staff are also helpful .the location of the hotel is perfect for the local town and even for going into teeside which is a short drive away
