We recently had our wedding at All Saints Hotel, and we couldn’t have wished for a better day! The day was run so professionally and smoothly, my husband and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. We can’t thank Rosie, Charlee and the rest of the team enough, for doing such a fantastic job! My emails with different questions I had along the way (I had a lot of them) were answered very promptly and in a very friendly, happy to help way; which puts your mind at ease, when you are trying to plan the perfect day. All the staff are so lovely, made my day with all the compliments on my dress :). All in all, if you want the perfect wedding, at a beautiful venue then All Saints Hotel is for you!

This has to be the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. First of all the hotel is a building site, no mention of the works taking place before arriving and no apology for it on check in. Considering they’re building new parts they should just knock it down and start again. The walls are paper thin. You can hear every thing in the adjoining rooms. You can hear every step of the people above you. For two nights we barely slept. The door on the fire door halfway down the hallway was right outside our room 204. All night long we heard it squeak open and close. The sound proofing is so bad we heard the noise from the fire door on the floor above us opening and closing. It might be great for a spa day but for sleep I’d have had a more leading time sleeping in my car. Avoid this hotel at all costs you will not get a good nights sleep.…

Spa day with my sister in law and teenage daughter. The package included a massage and my friend and I agreed it was one of the best we’ve ever been lucky enough to have. Helen is highly recommended, but all of the masseuses gave incredible treatments. Highly recommend!! We added some extra bits to our afternoon tea, only because we knew it was our only chance to eat that day and the restaurant staff were so efficient in meeting this request. The whole day was seamless and we left very relaxed. Mission accomplished!

What a place! Top location, great accommo and super nice and friendly staff. Will definitely return for the next wedding. Had a fry up for brekkie which was legit one of the best meals I’ve had. Got me hyped, hence this hyped review.

I attended a function held at the The Lodge cafe by the golf course, the panoramic views supplied a great backdrop for the event, and the dual spaces worked very well. The staff were very helpful and we felt we were in good hands.

We had a lovely one night stay in All Saints hotel in Bury St Edmunds . They are having some building work done but it wasn’t too intrusive . As it was the coronation weekend the work on the extension was quiet . We were upgraded to a superior room which was very comfortable . The whole hotel is spotlessly clean and modern . The restaurant food was great , except breakfast was a little unorganised as they kept running out of breakfast items and we had to wait for them to replenish . I had an amazing massage done by Sue . She was so good and I felt like a different person when she was finished. She made me feel so relaxed I . The pool area was very good . Nice hot sauna and steam room and great outdoor jacuzzi . The hotel staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble . We will definitely be returning even if it’s just for the massage!…

This hotel and spa was absolutely faultless. We arrived on Friday at 5 and were only staying for one night. I wish we could have stayed for longer as the facilities are amazing. We had a massage ( I have had many many massages all over the world- the one I had at 5pm on a Friday was the best I ever had). We went o. To use the hot tub heated loungers, sauna and pool- all of it was brilliant. The pool was a perfect temperature and it wasn’t one of those narrow tiny hotel pools either- it was lovely. We had supper upstairs- beautiful view over the golf course. The food was delicious as well. We went to sleep so happy and full and the bed was amazingly comfortable and the hotel was - despite being busy silent for sleep.

I had a fantastic stay at All Saints. We enjoyed the most fabulous treatments in the beautiful purpose built spa before using the pool, out door hot tub and sauna. The facilities are spotlessly clean, well maintained and not too many people, we had the pool to ourselves! Dinner in the restaurant was delicious especially the chorizo butter and salmon spaghetti. The bed was so comfortable and quiet and everything was spotlessly clean again. We loved every minute and will definitely be back.

My husband and I have just returned from a 2 night spa break at your hotel it was a surprise gift from our children for our 40th wedding anniversary. I have to say it was a delight we just loved our time there I cannot find anything we did not like it was just perfect your staff were brilliant and they could not do enough for us. We especially want to mention Vanessa Plampin who greeted us when we arrived with a smile on her face and just made us so welcome she was so helpful nothing was too much trouble, she is a credit to your company. We were also upgraded which was so nice and a bottle of prosecco and a card in the room for our anniversary when we arrived was extra special, we absolutely loved it from beginning to end.
