I stayed here for one night whilst working at a local vet hospital. David was very welcoming when i got there and Gretta was very lovely in the morning, making me breakfast to order and even made me a sandwich for lunch! I am terrible for sleeping anywhere other than my own bed but was pleasantly surprised at how well... More

My husband and I had the great pleasure of staying at Pavilion House for two nights in June. While we've both lived in and travelled the UK many times, we have never had a better B&B experience. From Gretta's friendly greeting to our beautifully appointed room, it was a perfectly wonderful experience. The breakfast was excellent and on the first... More

We have just returned from an 8 week trip around UK & Ireland using 41 different B&Bs and rank Pavillion House amongst the better ones we stayed in. It is located in a rural area near the quaint village of Dullingham quite close to Newmarket and has a most wonderful garden. Off street parking is also available. Owners Gretta &... More

I stayed in the twin room recently and everything was perfect. The bathroom is separate but lovely dressing gowns are provided. Everything is spotless, and extremely comfortable. The breakfast is perfection and the house and gardens are beautiful. Absolutely ideal for a visit to Newmarket, a quiet spot five minutes from the race course.

We had a warm welcome from Gretta which continued throughout our stay. The bedroom was extremely comfortable with everything we needed. The decor and furnishings were so interesting, with memorabilia from their interesting life. The breakfast was delicious, served with lovely china and silver condiments. We cannot recommend this B&B more highly.

Great place to stay! So warm and inviting from the moment we arrived. Also, so accommodating and helpful. We needed to buy a few items for my daughter's diploma program at The National Stud. They called a cab and had him take us to a local horse supply shop where we found exactly what we needed. The next day they... More

Me and my whole family stayed here as we had a family wedding just down the road that evening. We stayed here on the most beautiful sunny day, which just added to the breath taking view. The grounds where so well looked after, many hours are spent making it look so groomed. The house its self is old fashioned, but... More

I booked at short notice, when visiting my daughter in Cambridge. I trawled through the usual sites and settled on Pavilion House due to its reviews. There's not much I can add to the lavish praise already heaped on Gretta and David's establishment. The furnishings are of a very high quality and my bathroom was modern and extremely well specified.... More
