I stayed here on an over-nighter whilst on business and my only regret is that I didn't stay longer! The house is beautiful with lovely opulently kitsch decor. My colleague and I booked double rooms with en-suite and they were HUGE! Bathrooms were bigger than some hotel rooms I have stayed in and everything was spotlessly clean. The gardens are... More

We booked this hotel on the strength of the good reviews, wish we hadn't! Good staff yes but let down by very limited breakfast, no bar, poor parking but worst of all our room was very noisy. Noisy workmen in the morning, walls paper thin and horrible creaking floorboards, very disappointed.

Booked this bed and breakfast for an overnight stop on our way home from a holiday in Scotland. So pleased we found it. Warm welcome from our host, great room, lovely decor and surroundings and very quiet at night. Superb continental breakfast too. Neighbouring italian/tapas bar was only a short walk away and also very welcoming. Would definitely stay here... More

I have stayed at this hotel twice and thoroughly enjoyed both stays. The house is in a lovely setting surrounded by gardens. The 1st time we visited we stayed in a large en suite room on the ground floor which was a beautiful room. I was therefore going to request the same room on my 2nd visit but decided to... More

Beautiful B&B in lovely setting. Room was gorgeous - clean, comfortable, light and airy. Very warm welcome on arrival and farewell on departure. Very good, lavish continental breakfast. Hope we get the chance to stay again.

Stayed one night and I would echo all that has been said in recent reviews. Excellent value, double en-suite room which was very big and tastefully decorated throughout. Owner keen to please, breakfast continental but plenty of choice. Wonderul gardens Will not hesitate to book again next year

We stayed here last Saturday, as we were going to a friends birthday party nearby. We were greeted on arrival and shown to our room, as well as shown where the breakfast room was. The room was lovely and clean, comfortable bed. The bathrooms are lovely, the only downside is that the rooms are not en suite. Breakfast was continental... More
